I hope it's helpful to share my experience. Our beautiful son was born via Vittoriavita (VV) at the start of the pandemic last year. He arrived early and luckily we reached Kyiv before lockdown, but I became stuck there with the baby. During that time the staff really looked after me and the baby, helped me with shopping etc, and made me feel very looked after.nnSo when it comes to choosing an agency in Ukraine it can be a difficult decision. Here is my advice.nn1.Do NOT sign with any agency that tells you it is best not to have contact with your surrogate. If they do that then it is because they have something to hide in how they treat surrogates. VV always encouraged us to have a relationship, which we did (prior to the birth that contact is facilitated through your pregnancy coordinator. We had two - Anastasia and Alex - and both are lovely, kind young women. It's often a difficult and emotional process but it's always profound - accept it for what it is. Post birth I remain in contact with our wonderful surrogate and we often talk directly on FB and whassap. She loves to see pictures of the family she helped create. She also visited the baby in hospital and in our apartment. There is no reason to fear that relationship. You are the parents. But this woman is giving you the greatest gift so treat her with respect and friendship - because you have to look your own child in the eye one day. They have a right to know their birth story and they will want to know that you formed a friendship with the person who birthed them for you.nI know that VV treated our surrogate well also. And the medical care at their partner clinic is truly excellent. I will never forget the day I flew over for the final scan. She and I were both crying and hugging each other. The Director of the clinic Doctor Strelko came over and started to hug us both. All the staff at the clinic were female and it was just a really beautiful experience.nn2. Don't fall for the biggest agencies and their glossy marketing and promises. This is a human process. Trust your instincts when choosing an agency. No agency is perfect of course. VV occasionally fell short of the standards I expected (that was over quite small issues like quality of baby equipment after the birth), but once I asked for something to be replaced it was. And Natalia was always open to feedback to help improve their service. My initial contacts with VV were honest, clear. We flew over for our initial meeting, asked any questions and met our surrogate. I was reassured to go ahead.nn3. This is one of the biggest decisions you will ever make. It isn't anyone's choice and although it is hopefully a happy time, it can also be a painful grieving process. I went through so many emotions. I wanted to carry my own baby and sometimes I felt jealously toward this woman carrying my child. But I always remembered that this process was not about me. It was about my child. And today, I feel proud that together with our surrogate and Vittorio Vita's assistance we navigated this process in a humane, kind and honest way. I'm so happy I stayed in touch with our surrogate and we will definitely return one day to Kyiv to see her.nn4. To sum up. ASK, ASK, ASK. Ask every question you can. Trust your instincts. At every stage I can say VV were transparent and open. And that's why I chose them.nn2..

OUR SPECIAL SURROGACY JOURNEYnnVery Happy with Our surrogacy Journey!!!nnwe were happy with Vittorio Vita.nnSpecial thank you to Nataliia❤💯❤nnI found the agency on line in 2016 and was at that time talking to 2 other larger agencies. I found the communication through emails was always replied to in a timely manner, the other agencies took a while to reply.nwe made the decision to go with Vittorio Vita and arranged our first visit in June 2016, during this visit we went through all formalities, including signing of the contracts at a legal firm.non arrival we were picked up from the airport and taken for breakfast where we discussed everything that we would be doing while we were there for the 10 days.nBefore we arrived into Kiev we selected our donor from photos provided and also selected our surrogate mother.nnWe met Yulia our Surrogate on day 2.nAt all times through our process we had our case worker who spoke English and helped to translate and answer questions.nnSergi was Amazing picking us up for all appointments during our stay, very easy communicating through viber.nnWe had the best time in Kiev and from our first few day knew we were in good hands.nnYulia and I exchanged Viber numbers and Added each other on Facebook.nnAfter we left kiev we received an email in August advising We had twin boys due in April 2017.nnwe could not believe it was finally happening after 6 years of IVF and 3 failed attempts of Donor transfer in Prague.nnI was update on every scan and sent videos and pictures both from the agency and Yulia. ❤💯nnWe returned to Kiev in March 2017 as we knew the boys could arrive earlynnMy mother-in-law and Father-in-law also joined us for this Journeynnour little boys were born at 34.5 weeks, Jax was 5.1 lbs and Jye was 4.5 lbsnboth boys required no assistance with breathing, I was there during the end of the labour and for the delivery. once the boys were born we spent a few hours in the nursery before going to our room where I stayed with the boys for 5 days before we were able to go back to our apartment in Kiev.nnwe had a lovely apartment to stay in and had a lady come to cook and clean for us.nyou can also pay extra for a nanny to assist we did not get a nanny.nnI absolutely love Kiev and can not wait to return one day with the boys.nnwe had no issues with the agency at all felt safe and comfortable at all times duringnnI am still FB friends with my my case worker and Yulia and we all still talk and share pictures of our families with each other.nnWe celebrated as a family with our boys Easter in Kiev, My 46th Birthday, Mothers Day (Australian) and My Husbands 36th Birthday!!!nnI look forward to returning to Kiev one day in the future to reunite with the amazing people and my amazing SM Yulia.💕❤💖nnWe flew into Bangkok with Jetstar and then onto Kiev with Ukraine Airlines 11.50 flight in 2016 and in 2017 flew with Etihad to London and onto Kiev.nnWe managed a few mini breaks in Kiev while we waited for all the Australian documents, this was probably the stressful part of it Australian paperwork 🤭nnon our way home we stopped and had a weeks holiday in Bangkok.nnKind Regards,nJasna.

So far so good. We used the guarantee program with donor eggs. It took the first time around. Going on 34 weeks we are happy with Vittoriavita. They’re been very good with updating us on our surrogate/baby’s health. I like the guarantee all inclusive deal. It’s less stressful. We did surrogacy before in India but this program is much better. They have more options for you like gender selection. Our translator Alex has been very helpful. I also like that they were transparent about offering referrals when we asked..
