Review of Bourn Hall Clinic – Al –Ain from Julya Advertising Services
A week ago, an IVF procedure was performed, and the patient was asked to perform a different procedure.\nThey called the patient exactly one day before, apologizing that the doctor had traveled.\nAnother doctor would perform the procedure in her place!!!!!??\nYou know that the patient had a treatment schedule, and the procedure had to be performed on time.\nUnfortunately, the result was negative for the second time, resulting in an additional cost for the patient.\nIs this a procedure that maintains patient confidence?

Very bad awful experience, they care about one thing and one thing only which is money, they don't care how stressful or nerve wracking the experience is and they don't care how much hope you have to become a parent, just pay and when you finish paying that's it bye bye,\nIt start with the lack of clarity and transparency and then the lack of communication and follow up to the general lack of interest shown by the staff as after the egg retrieval procedure you have to call everyday to check about the developing situation\nplease find another center and save yourself a heartache there is plenty of better qualified centers out there please do your research and don't rush..
