The London womens clinic, Canterbury. I needed help conceiving after receiving a PCOS diagnosis. Lisa on reception is a gem. Had a chat whilst waiting for appts. She was a huge part of the process for me. Diane is straight talking. I appreciate that. She's knowledgeable, kind. Dr Rimington... amazing. I honestly feel if I hadn't met this Dr, I wouldn't of had my children. He knows PCOS inside and out. Could answer every question. Was honest about my situation. The result...? I have 3 beautiful boys. I conceived my 1st son on PCOS ovulation treatment & my twin boys on the same treatment 1 year later. Thank you LWC Canterbury.

We was lucky enough to be able to chose this clinic along with their sister clinic in Bromley for our NHS IVF referral. From the very beginning to being discharged today it was the most amazing experience. Every member of the team we met were so lovely and kind. We were really lucky that we fell pregnant on our first cycle and fresh transfer. The most appreciation for Diane ❤️ We had a few pregnancy scans with Diane before she discharged us back to the NHS, every time we saw her she made us feel so excited and just blessed that we are under her care. She was so kind and caring and made sure we had plenty of pictures and videos of our growing bambino.nI honestly couldn't thank your team enough for making our dream come true and I am going to miss coming in. See you in the future for baby No. 2 ❤️❤️❤️.

We could not recommend Canterbury London Women’s clinic enough.nnWe almost missed going there to see the team after we we fell Pregnant (thanks to their support) 😂.nnThe care we received from every member of staff throughout our journey was fantastic. IVF is a pretty uncomfortable and stressful path. There is a lot of difficult and scary things, plenty of anxious waiting and mentally challenging days / weeks. We had a journey with ups and downs that didn’t instantly have success. So much of that tough stuff is mental, fearing the unknown, worrying if things will/are working , feeling a little helpless or out of control.nnI don’t think there is a way to eradicate that discomfort. BUT the LWC Canterbury team do their very best. Every team member is genuine, they are caring, considerate, thoughtful and fun! They impacted so positively on our experience and reducing stress / feeling safe and like you have a good team on your side is so important to successful outcomes (in our opinion). Even if it doesn’t impact the outcome it makes the process much more tolerable 😂nnBeth and Lisa who are on the front desk ALWAYS greet you with a smile and are there for a chat (if you want it). They are professional and kind. A great combo. The little things make a big difference when you are going through tough times. They were always a slight tonic to whatever was happening with us. They were also great on the phone helping managenappointments / pay etc.nnMr Rimmington (who has now left the clinic) was also wonderful. Just a genuinely nice man who wanted to help. He was experienced, knowledgeable and was excellent at explaining things to the uninitiated. His warmth lightened many conversations that we were nervous about (probably wrongly but it’s a scary / stressful thing to go through).nnThe team who looked after us throughout, for scans and everything were truly amazing. Diane, Hannah, Christy, Jade - we are so grateful to you for being part of our journey but also for being real, lovely people. Each one of you made us feel safe, cared for and that (in our opinion) influenced the outcome and has led to our (loud, tiring baby girl 😂). We feel very lucky to have had the experience we had. Wow! The Canterbury London Women's Clinic was fantastic. Its such a mind field when looking for a clinic for fertility treatment. Some clinics have hidden costs, some can be aimed at just making money out of you, and are unfriendly. I found with London Women's Clinic, the costs were upfront, everything explained, and I always felt the main goal was to make this journey the best it could be. I felt looked after and cared for, I felt comfortable with the staff, they were involved and supportive throughout. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking fertility treatment. Its a big step contacting a clinic and taking that first move, but they made me feel so at ease. We got successfully pregnant with our Embryo Transfer treatment. We now have two little beautiful girls born two years apart, both from IVF treatments. Our first child was from a different clinic and I never felt cared for like I did with Canterbury LWC. I learnt that miracles can happen!!! So much happiness has been created!.

The care received from LWC has been exemplary from start to finish. I gave birth to our baby boy recently after a long fertility journey. The team at LWC have been fantastic with a special thanks to Diane and Hannah. You have both been amazing! Thank you.
