After experiencing a failed IVF cycle at another clinic, we found ourselves—like so many others—searching for a place that felt different. Somewhere with a more personal approach, where we wouldn’t feel like just another name on a file. After researching various clinics in and around London, we chose New Life, and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made.nnFrom the moment we walked through the door, it was clear that New Life is unlike other clinics. Many IVF centres in London can feel like production lines, where the process is rushed and impersonal. At New Life, the experience is completely different. The doctors, nurses, embryologists, and even the receptionists knew us by name. The entire team took the time to understand our journey, our history, and what we needed both medically and emotionally.nnEvery part of our treatment plan was tailored specifically to us. We were guided with patience and care at every stage, which made all the difference—especially during a process that can feel overwhelming and full of uncertainty.nnWith the support and expertise of the New Life team, our embryo quality was noticeably better than our previous cycle, despite me being a few years older. The transfer itself went smoothly, and thanks to their exceptional care, we were blessed with success on our very first cycle with them — and now have a healthy baby boy in our arms.nnWe honestly can’t thank New Life enough. We have been going to Newlife for a few years, we had quite a complicated story, we had been trying for 6 years, 3 rounds of ivf, 3 years, immunotherapy, recurrent miscarrage and treatment. On Monday we welcomed our son into this world.nnOur time with Newlife was fantastic, we were well cared for and, even during the hardest of times, it felt like a second home. We had our hands held the whole time, both physically and emotionally. When our son arrived, one of the first things we felt we needed to do was tell everyone at Newlife..

My husband and I contacted in January 2024 after 18 months of for a child naturally. We met Dr Maged and immediately felt supported and in great hands.nnFrom the initial consultation, to the treatment cycles (we had 2) and aftercare service the entire team were friendly and supportive.nnSpecial mentions to Lorraine on reception who went above and beyond to help us calculate the costs and coordinate appointments, to Simone & Ellen (Nurses) who offered compassion and sincerity at every appointment.nIn May 2025 we welcomed our little girl into the world which wouldn't have been possible without this team of Superheroes.nnThank you team Newlife... we will be back!

Our journey to parenthood has been truly wonderful, thanks to the incredible team at Newlife.nnIt’s hard to believe that we officially began our journey in March 2023, and now, in March 2025, we are sitting here with our beautiful, healthy daughter.nnThe team is highly efficient, always responding to questions quickly and they handle everything with care. They are attentive, knowledgeable, and truly made us feel safe and supported throughout the process. We always trusted their advice and guidance, and they took the time to explain everything without ever making us feel silly for asking questions. After being told no at every turn, I found out about New Life through a friend. Now, after a year, I’m 12 weeks pregnant with our little miracle.nnThe clinic is small and friendly, and every staff member is lovely. Nothing is too much trouble, and the clinic are amazingly supportive.nnAll being well, I can’t wait to visit next summer with our baby.nnMassive thank you to you all - we wouldn’t be here without every one of you.
