After seven years of infertility and multiple failed IVF cycles, we were at the verge of losing hope. However, after my acupuncturist recommended Evewell as a last option, we met our consultant Mr Davis and his team who were very helpful and played a vital role in our journey of infertility. And, now we still can't believe we are the proud parents of our precious miracle who is so perfect and healthy. Thank you Mr Davis and the Evewell team for turning our biggest dream into reality. We will surely be back again.

Having been to 4 ivf clinics prior to Evewell this was the best in London for me and led to a successful pregnancy and live healthy full term birth first time around..nnMain differences for me were:nn- Doctor Led Care. I had most appointments with the same doctor (Dr Abramov- who was fantastic!) and my consultant Dr Davis despite being an exceptionally busy man had clearly read my background notes I prepared ahead of the initial consultation and called me one weekend to reassure me ahead of egg collection. No other clinic would have done this.nn- Brilliant Embryologists. I felt they really knew their stuff and could guide in a practical way and distilled a lot of the technical jargon for us to understand which embryo best to transfer.nn-Personalised Protocol. They tailored the protocol to my specific needs and also listened and adapted to any concerns or suggestions I raised whereas other places just followed general formulaic protocols which may work for some but every couple has unique hurdles to overcome and tailoring to each patient whilst more labour intensive for the clinic I believe got me the best resultsnn-Treated like a human. This might seem trivial and superficial but ivf is gruelling and to go to a clinic that felt “nice” and had a lovely waiting room and staff did make me feel better about the whole process. I have felt in other places like cattle being herded around. At Evewell I felt cared for.nnIVF is a lot to go through and whilst Evewell isn’t perfect but it is far better than other establishments I had been to (which included Create at St Paul’s, CRGH and Hammersmith). The only other place I would recommend is ARGC because they are the best for immunes (appreciate literature is mixed about this) but the style is very different and the human touch is certainly not there so you have to go there with a different mindset and be prepared for the military style with which it comes..after having felt like one of a number for too long Evewell made the difference for me.nnForever grateful to the team for helping us to complete our family.nnH x.

Disappointing experience. Many of the doctors that work there are not on the Specialist Register. The admin staff take ages to return emails, the phone is never answered and voicemails are not returned. I booked a 'starter phone consult' and this was not attended by Evewell. As it stands the clinic haven't contacted me and henceforth I haven't been able to make an appointment. I have submitted a formal complaint to them and this has not been responded to.nnAdmin staff are not informed about the process and I was not able to speak to anyone clinical to gather more insight.nnReading reviews it appears there are many others that have suffered from the abysmal admin support.nnVery terrible customer service.

The communication of this place was absolutely abysmal. It started right at the very beginning when we registered with the clinic - incorrect names and DOB on forms and ‘missed’ emails leading to a delay in booking an appointment. Once we finally had our consultation with a doctor, he answered his phone, read emails and seemed disinterested in our questions during the consultation. However, after multiple failed rounds elsewhere the treatment plan he suggested made sense to us so we decided to proceed. I needed to have a scan (before ovulation) which he recommended for the following week due to where I was in my cycle. Trying to get in contact with the clinic to book this in was near impossible (multiple emails / phone calls). In the end we contacted head of patient services who was very apologetic for the lack of communication and got us an appointment for 2 days time. The scan was ‘straightforward’ and I also had a blood test of which the results should be available the following day (or so I was told). Fast forward to 10 working days later I still had had no correspondence from the Evewell following my scan and bloods. I had sent 2 emails in this time and left voicemails and no one had replied - absolute radio silence. We had also contacted their head of patient services AGAIN but couldn’t reach her or her senior ! In the end, I emailed our Consultants secretary explaining the situation and requested my scan report and bloods so we could take these to a different clinic. She phoned me and was very apologetic about the lack of communication which in her words had been ‘way below standard’. How anyone ever manages to get through an IVF cycle with this clinic is beyond me..

Without The Evewell we wouldn’t be parents today. We were under care of Dr Ahmed and he was excellent. He was very compassionate at all times and listened to what we wanted. The nurses are incredible and always going the extra mile to make you feel relaxed. They always had smiles on their faces when you really needed it. We spent so much time on the phone with the embryologist team and they had amazing patience when you asked them to explain over and over again when needed. Thank you again for our son..
