I’m currently a patient with this clinic and I’m having the hardest time getting my questions answered knowing my next steps. I’m the one asking all the questions and then I find new things I should do moving forward. This doesn’t feel good right now I’m thinking of finding a new place. The staff makes you feel like your inconvenience them. I don’t know why we have a patient portal when nothing is ever updated. I have sent my documents and I still haven’t seen an update. I would hate to come all that way just to get turned around and disappointed because they’re more labs or something I need to provide when nothing is being communicated with you unless the patient asks the questions. I really want to grow my family and maybe this isn’t the place to help me do that..

Choose somewhere else. Dr. Moffit seems competent, but the staff is terrible at communication. The timelines are unclear, and they made several mistakes on dates that lead to delays and wasted time and money. After they responded below, I called the number (it's just the main office number) and left a message. They haven't called back.

My husband and I went for treatment. No counseling on the procedure. Was rushed through the process and never heard any follow up. Turned us off immediately.

Dr. Moffitt and his staff have been amazing during our IVF journey. We are so happy to have found this clinic and have felt so incredibly welcomed. I have called both Dr. Moffitt and Nurse Gail at all times of the days, and they've always answered my questions happily and helped with any issues or concerns I may have been having. Even the embryologist (Amber) was AMAZING and called me every single day with updates and made me feel comfortable and in the loop. I definitely recommend them. They will work so hard to help you and keep you in the loop along the way.

We were referred to Dr. Moffitt and his team at ARMS after trying to conceive on our own for a couple of years. He continually impressed us by making the best evidence-based recommendations for our specific situation. We didn't waste time with IUIs because we had severe MFI and when we miscarried our first pregnancy, we tested the POC, which revealed an underlying genetic issue and allowed us to get PGS testing on the remaining embryos to identify the viable ones. Looking at everything as a whole, I feel really lucky that Dr. Moffitt was looking after us. It felt long while we were going through it, but 18 months to baby once we sought help is, in hindsight, the fastest it could have been and we were only able to achieve it because of Dr. Moffitt's expertise. Ultimately, Dr. Moffitt made my baby girl a reality and, for that, I will have a lifetime of gratitude towards ARMS.

When i read the other reviews I got nervous si ce it stated he didnt like gay couples or single women but I was referred by a gay couple who was referred by another gay couple. He must have evolved within the last few years. He called to introduce himself when i made my appointment during his home hours and personally called when they had cancellation. I ended up using another doctor based on location but I would refer him to anyone in the Gilbert or Phoenix area
