From the moment we walked into New Direction, we felt like we were in the right place. After years of struggling with infertility, we were emotionally exhausted and frankly, a little scared. Dr. Amols, Michelle, and the entire team were incredibly compassionate and understanding. They took the time to listen to our story, answer all our questions (and we had a lot!), and develop a personalized treatment plan that felt right for us.nnThe clinic itself was clean, modern, and welcoming. The nurses were always friendly and supportive, and the communication was excellent. We never felt rushed or like just another number. They explained every step of the process clearly, and were always available to address any concerns.nnWe underwent IVF and, after the first FET, we received the news we had been dreaming of – we were pregnant! The clinic continued to provide excellent care throughout the early stages of my pregnancy, and we felt supported every step of the way.nnNow, we are holding our beautiful baby girl, and we couldn't be more grateful to the entire team at New Direction. They made our dream of being able to grow our family a reality. If you're looking for a fertility clinic that provides exceptional care, compassion, and expertise, we highly recommend New Direction. They truly changed our lives.

We had seen a few doctors and done several rounds of IUI before moving to Arizona. After discussing our history with Dr. Amols, he told us we could try one more round of IUI before resorting to IVF, and he was confident his protocol would work. It did! We managed a healthy pregnancy in one try, and he and his staff were phenomenal! We will forever recommend them!.

I first went to Dr.Amols in September to do an HSG procedure to see if my tubes were clear. I was so freaked out for this procedure, thanks to social media. The second Dr.Amols came in, he reassured me everything will be okay and that the reason it hurts a lot of people is because their doctors do not take it slow. He reassured me I would be okay and took injected the dye slowly. I did not have any extreme pain I expected to have! He was so reassuring, so kind! I cried in a sense of relief and he thought I was crying because of the pain and kept asking very concerned if I was okay. When I explained I was crying a sense of relief, he was so excited for me. He advised if I ever wanted to explore fertility treatments to give him a call. My wife and I were doing home AI and scheduled a consult for January. We actually fell pregnant but lost our baby this week. We decided to keep our consult and I met with Dr.Amols yesterday. He was the kindest man to us, he even remembered me from my appointment from 4 months ago (we had only ever met that one time). Our consult was very detailed; I did not feel rushed at all; he took time to explain every process and answer any possible questions I have!! Most of the time when you go for a consult anywhere they push and push and push. This was NOT our case. We were not pushed to make any decisions! We were provided with options and he said to think about what would be best for me and my partner. He was VERY lgbtq friendly which made our decision that much easier!!! We will be starting the process to get our rainbow baby as soon as we have our deposit. I am so excited to work with Dr.Amols to help us get our rainbow baby.

We had an amazing experience with New Direction. When my husband and I decided it was time to do IVF, we looked for the best clinic with reasonable prices and are so glad we found this one. We had Dr. Derman who was fantastic.nI know I’m one of the lucky ones, we only had one healthy embryo after our first retrieval, and thankfully the transfer worked and he is sitting in my arms right now. I know many people have a much harder experience, but I do think that this facility is top of the line and has high success rates for a reason. I loved that they had acupuncture on site for transfer day as it’s something I think can help as well.nI was always able to get ahold of someone in the office whenever needed. Everyone was extremely kind and professional. I love the app they use to communicate with patients as it made things so much easier and the staff were super responsive.nMy husband and I also came from out of state, and this facility had a great process for checking labs and completing tests wherever you live. They were always helpful and made that portion of the experience pretty seamless. I highly recommend to anyone who is on a fertility journey.

New direction is by far the best fertility clinic!! The staff and doctors are incredible. I had nothing but exceptional care from Dr Derman. He made my dream come true and gave me the most beautiful baby girl after trying for 10+ years. My heart is so full.
