Review of Southwest Fertility Center from Kim Dankha
I don’t know where to start from, coming from a mother who lost her child due to an ultra rare genetic disease to almost losing hope in having a healthy baby due to limited genetic testing, we found Dr. Gunnala. During our first consultation with Dr. Gunnala he explained thoroughly all the necessary genetic testing needed to eliminate the embryos at risk, and select the healthy ones. He made the IVF process starting from the Egg retrieval cycles to the embryo transfer super easy and was available to answer all of our questions and concerns throughout the entire journey. Today I am 13 weeks pregnant, thank you Dr. Gunnala and thank you Southwest fertility center for the amazing patient care. Fadi and I greatly appreciate it.

Southwest fertility staffs are amazing. Am sindhu i came to this center lastyear. After 3 unsuccessful attempts , 16 weeks pregnant now & I would recommend both Dr Sujatha Gunnala and Dr Vinnay Gunnala to all those who are struggling like me to have a new little member in your family. Both doctors & nurses are great and knowledgeable.\n\nWe did 1 fresh transfer & PGT with all our remaining embryos. After 3 unsuccessful attempts doctors suggested to try the Endometrial Receptivity Analysis (ERA) cycle\n& it turned out to be a successful one💕. Thankyou Dr. vinay Gunnala & Dr.sujatha Gunnala who always helped us by explaining all the process & made us comfortable through this journey.\n\nI love shelly Rosander’s way of approach she always explains the process & makes you feel comfortable. She made me comfortable through out my ivf journey especially during ERA cycle biopsy. She took good care of us through out our ultrasound appointments & will patiently answer all our queries.\n\nAgatha (aggie) never failed to call back or mail back to the queries. She responded each & every mail so that i don’t miss my medicines or break my cycle. Thanks to all the nurses & ivf coordinators Ann, Daisey.\n\nI would definitely return to Dr. sujatha & Dr. vinay gunnala team for baby #2 . Waiting to show our little one to both the doctors & staffs who all helped me & stood by me in my difficult times & gave some courage & hope to continue through out this process & helped me to have a baby in my life💕. Dr.sujatha & vinay gunnala always treat you with care & love they will surely let you feel comfortable & trust the process.

We have had an excellent experience so far with SWFC, even through challenging times. They have a long standing reputation in the Phoenix area, and we have had every question or concern addressed. Like most offices, they are very busy but we’ve never felt rushed or like another number. Dr. Gunnala always takes the time to listen and he makes sure to answer every question we’ve had. He takes the time to explain the science and the why, which many doctors do not! I am an information person, so I appreciate the added explanations.\n\nThe staff as well has many years of experience and you can tell that they run things very efficiently. They’ve promptly sent any paperwork that we have needed filled out for insurance, and send lab orders med orders very quickly, etc. When we have called with questions, we get a call back within a reasonable time, which based on what I’ve heard about other clinics in the area is rare.\n\nVery glad we have trusted our care with this clinic..

We initially had an online appointment with a doctor or nurse practitioner at Southwest Fertility Center, and they were very nice. Based on that experience, we were convinced to go in person for an exam.\n\nHowever, when my husband and I arrived at the clinic, we signed in on a sign-in sheet, and there were multiple staff members working at the front desk. Immediately after we signed in, the receptionist closed the front desk window without saying a word to us—no greeting, no instructions, nothing.\n\nWe sat down and continued waiting, expecting some communication. No one spoke to us or updated us on our appointment status. Another couple arrived after us, yet they were seen before us while we were still ignored. After waiting for over 30 minutes with no explanation, my husband tried asking the receptionist what was going on, but we were completely disregarded. Feeling disrespected and frustrated, we decided to leave.\n\nThen, about an hour after we had already left, they suddenly called me—but at that point, the damage was done.\n\nNow, I am receiving a bill for $41.33 with no clear explanation of what I am being charged for. We only attended one online session, which should have been covered by my insurance. I did not receive full service during the in-person visit, and I demand that these charges be removed from my account.\n\nTo make matters worse, I have tried contacting the clinic by phone multiple times, and no one has answered.\n\nI do not recommend going to this clinic—especially if you are Mexican like myself. I strongly believe that discrimination played a role in how we were treated, as I have unfortunately experienced similar situations while living in Arizona. It is unacceptable that this kind of behavior is allowed to continue..

Review of Southwest Fertility Center from Brianna Baldwin
It took 6 years of surgeries, IUI and IVF to finally get our miracle and going to Southwest Fertility made it all possible. Doctor after doctor ignored my concerns about having endometriosis and the first appt with Dr Gunnala made me feel like I was in the right place and someone finally understood and agreed with me. The team was there with us every step of the way and never gave up on us. They always had the best attitude and made us feel at home. I would recommend them to anyone and will be back to try for siblings!
