Staff were friendly at front desk! Nurse was very nice! I think my favorite part of my visit was getting to talk to Doctor Shalissa she is the best made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend her to anyone! Thank you again Doctor Shalissa you are the best! ❤️

My girlfriend was there a couple of days ago for some concerns and when she elevated these concerns to the Doctor, Tiffany She stepped out, upset and started Yelling out my girlfriend’s business in the hallway with other patients there the level of HIPAA violation that happened that day is absolutely not OK. She was upset because my girlfriend was not booked on a correct appointment slot which she should’ve just addressed that instead of yelling her business in the hallway. which made my girlfriend feel so vulnerable and upset didn’t know how to handle the situation. I was under the impression that planned parenthood Is a safe space to address any health issues be relatively easy to obtain never bringing my girlfriend here or recommending this place ever again. I recommend that anyone that has had this happen in the past to speak out it is against the law to be yelling out patient information in the hallway with other patients there..

Came to this location 3 months ago, 2 separate times. I met a total of 4 different receptionists, all of which were kind and helpful. My doctor was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the process of what I had made an appointment for and any other stupid questions I had haha. She helped me get on birth control and responded over the Mychart messages in a respectable timely manner. I'd like to say specific names to give these wonderful people the props they deserve but knowing the political climate around these establishments... I'd rather not just in case..

I cannot express enough how thankful I am for the exceptional care I received from Tiffany Hanze and her team. I was extremely nervous about changing providers for gender affirming care, but from the moment I walked in, the entire staff made me feel completely at ease. They were not only professional but also incredibly sensitive and kind, understanding my concerns and making me feel comfortable every step of the way. What truly stood out was their ability to bring a smile to my face each time—whether it was through a kind word or a small gesture, they made sure I felt supported and cared for. I can’t thank them enough for their compassion and for turning what could have been a stressful experience into something positive. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a provider who truly cares.

I wish I can give zero stars. I definitely should’ve read a reviews before coming herenThis is by far the worst Planned Parenthood I ever been to in my life. They are very unprofessional and rude. Have loud Hispanic music playing in the background. How can you call people names behind a window when you have loud music playing On the speaker in the lobby. They also have an issue with checking your medical insurance card or even verifying if you’re paying by yourself then they want you to download all these apps. I also requested a pregnancy test. The provider told me that she has to have a reason. If I’m requesting a service and paying for it, you don’t tell the client what they cannot get.nnIt’s like they don’t want to Service people and make it hard for them to be seen. I have never been treated so rudely in a medical environment. This place needs to be closed down. They are not friendly or inviting. I didn’t even feel comfortable, expressing my concerns with them due to the rudeness. Due to this reason, I canceled the appointment and was never serviced after waiting an hour.nnThe staff has no clue what they are doing, and it definitely shows..
