CCRM/ACFS Dr. Patel were the best decision I could have made. Dr. Patel and his amazing team (Chelsea, Maria, Gail, and Doreen) are the team that helped me conceive my miracle baby. They are not only an incredible gift to the medical industry but are now family in my household.nnFrom the very first meeting, Dr. Patel was clear on expectations moving forward which I greatly appreciated. Dr. Patel is straightforward but speaks with kindness and sensitivity. His team is AMAZING and communicated so quickly and handled me (a frequent question asker) with grace and compassion.nnThe billing team was nothing short of incredible to deal with. I have read some of the other negative reviews about the billing team and have to strongly disagree. They were prompt and explained everything quickly and kindly.nnResults for every lab were completed quickly. The labcorp team also radiates professionalism. Heck, even the front desk girls were always SO kind when I came in. There was not one rude person in this establishment.nnTruly there is not one bad aspect about this place. If you’re looking for some fertility assistance, I could not recommend Dr. Patel and his team more. They will become your family and by the time you’re done you’ll be crying that you won’t see them every week.nnI love them and so will you. Make the appointment. You won’t regret it..

Dr Reshef and Nurse Maggie were AMAZING! I can’t say enough great things about this clinic and staff. I always felt welcomed and at home through a tough journey. I cannot say enough good things - or give more thanks - to the team at ACFS. We saw Dr Lipskind for most of our journey, other than 2 appointments where we saw Dr Rashef, who was also great (due to scheduling conflicts on our end).nnTo start off with the staff - front desk, nursing team, phlebotomists, billing - you all made this journey that much more special. The front desk staff remembered me by name at every single appointment, wished us luck, and even felt sadness with us when they saw us come back after a failed treatment. You see a lot of the phlebotomists during fertility treatments, and they are always there and ready, chatting and in great moods. I’m a very hard stick - and they never once made me feel bad or difficult.nnThe billing team was great, especially during our initial consults when I had questions about what my insurance covered. When we were getting close to the end of our deductible, they were quick to answer questions which helped me determine which route we’d need to take next. And lastly, but certainly not least, the nursing team - all I can say is WOW. Best bedside manners, able to answer any questions thoroughly, and responded to portal messages quickly. They truly were the sweetest ladies - and I cannot say enough good things.nnDr Lipskind is the most thorough, thoughtful, and kind doctor you will ever see. He’s been in the patients shoes of infertility, and I think that makes him even more compassionate. From our first consult he was able to discover more on possible concerns than any doctor in five years had. He got both my husband and I on medications right away to correct the concerns he was seeing - and we mutually agreed on a plan and timeline we all felt comfortable with. Once we were ready, we followed his proposed treatment protocol. Our first IUI was unsuccessful, but our second worked.nnDr Lipskind always made sure I was comfortable, and safe. They watched our growing pregnancy extremely close (which after 3 miscarriages was welcomed). Even after they released us to our OB, we had a small scare where some bleeding occurred, and we couldn’t get into the OB, they told us to come back and get checked out - and told us we were welcome anytime we needed anything.nnBecause of this clinic, and their skills, kindness, and knowledge, we have a beautiful son. Should we not be able to get pregnant on our own next time, we will 100% not hesitate to make an appointment with this team.nnThank you ACFS!

I had been told, “Nature is telling you no and you should find out why.”nThere were other comments made to me in my telehealth appointment with Dr. Patel in 2022 with poor bedside manner. I’m grateful I didn’t let his comments ruin our spirit. I stopped and sought out a fertility naturopath after that appointment. I now know 3 friends who’ve had nearly identical experiences to me with Dr. Patel. I’m not usually a sensitive person, but frustrations with your fertility are common if you’re being referred to a fertility doctor.

I went here and it was not a fun experience. I have been struggling with infertility for 3.5 years and this was my second fertility Dr. ( the first was in a diff state). I first had the cycle day 3 ultrasound and had my follow up. At my follow up Dr. Patel was very unprofessional by not even looking at my chart before we had the appointment. He was reading it while talking to me. He knew nothing about me or what test I have done. He also forgot I had the cycle day 3 ultrasound and tried to reschedule me for it. He then told me I needed to get back down to the weight I was at when I had my daughter. He then said, "when I am that weight I should get pregnant." I have PCOS and that's why I wasn't able to get pregnant. He also stated he would have the office call me to get some more blood drawn ( even though I had that also recently drawn) and I never heard from the office again. My OB/GYN was a better Dr and guess what she helped me get pregnant without ever telling me I needed to loose weight.

Dr. Patel is very nice HOWEVER, if you want to know all the details of your IVF cycle then you'll need to ask yourself. He doesn't volunteer any information. During monitoring, he never told me how many follicles he sees unless I asked. Completed my HSG with him and I had to ask him if he saw that my tube was open (btw, his answer was not super clear). He never remembers your patient history (every visit he would ask me which tube did you lose, left or right?) it's like dude, please look at my chart for once. BUT the biggest turn-off: Dr. Patel prides himself on the fact that all your appointments will be with him, not some nurse practitioner but when your IVF cycle fails, he has his unsympathetic staff (her name is Doreen or Darlene) call you with a 1-min phone call to tell you that your cycle failed. Why couldn't the doctor call? He is there when there is still hope (at every monitoring appt) but the minute your cycle fails, he doesn't want to face you.

So thankful we found this practice. Keep in mind, everyone is different and results vary with your condition, age etc. so finding what clinic works for you should be your top priority! It most definitely worked for us! 6 years of infertility and they were able to diagnose my issue and I had a successful transfer in November And a completely healthy normal pregnancy! I just gave birth to my beautiful daughter 8/16/20 and I have this wonderful team to thank. I will be forever grateful!

This office was not a good fit for me. I'm a PCOS patient who is getting up there in age. I wasted nearly a year year with them. I didn't learn anything about my condition. They never tested me for insulin resistance. My new doctor did, and my insulin was extremely high. I'm now on metformin to combat this. I just feel like there wasn't really a plan for me. I also felt like a paycheck. I think the staff is overworked, they could probably use some more help.

I will say, I was seen by Dr. Patel every time I was in, except once. He doesn't spend much time with you, but he does see you. His sense of humor is very dry, it didn't bother me though. They might be a good fit for you.

All of this is expensive, time consuming, and confusing. My advice is to not feel like you are married to an office/dr. There are plenty out there that you can find someone YOU are comfortable with.

After many failed IVF trials at a different doctor, we came to Dr. Patel, and we are SO HAPPY we did!! He was extremely thorough and helped us understand what may be going wrong and how to become pregnant. We have successfully gotten pregnant and we are incredibly happy. Dr. Patel and his staff are all so kind, professional, attentive and friendly. They are very responsive and helped me with my countless questions. I would 100% recommend this practice to anyone struggling with infertility for these and so many other reasons.

We wouldn't go anywhere else!

I don't write many reviews, but I want to share the experiences that my husband and I have had here because I feel from the bottom of my heart that AZARH deserves to be recognized for its outstanding quality of care.

In all of our experiences at this clinic, we have never felt like a number. We are always greeted with smiles and kindness and supported with empathy and encouragement.

Our care is personalized and closely followed, and I love that it is so easy to communicate with the clinical staff if I have any questions or concerns. They are responsive and timely and I can't express enough how much we have appreciated that throughout our IVF journey, which by nature is such an anxiety-provoking process.

Dr. Patel has been flexible, patient and solution-minded during our IVF cycles. He has been open-minded and reasonable, providing realistic expectations, clinical expertise, and informed recommendations but also remaining receptive to our concerns and respectful of and supportive of our wishes. We appreciate the honest, straightforward delivery of information and that time is always made available to address any questions or concerns.

Special shout out to Doreen, Gabby, Chelsea, Kaytlinn, Misty and Ariel, all of whom have preserved my sanity at various points throughout this process by reassuring us, educating us, celebrating our victories and supporting our heartache with so much kindness and sensitivity.

This clinic has HEART. We know that unequivocally, there is an entire team standing beside us and fighting to help us achieve our dreams of having a little family of our own someday.

Seems like they have been able to improve since I was there 4 years ago. They have a new method for patients to communicate with medical staff by text and the response time is fantastic. The billing team is responsive and detailed in their answers. Way to make improvements! Starting a frozen embryo transfer cycle now but wanted people to know they heard your complaints and have improved.

Beware of this practice!! They are only in it for your money!

I was a patient and successfully had my baby in 2017. I went to the Gilbert office and had the best doctor ever. I had seen Dr. Patel 1 time during my IVF treatment and his bedside manner was cold and short. I had 1 embryo frozen and was paying for that to be stored monthly. This practice had my credit card on file, had my phone number and would send me monthly invoices that i paid for nearly 2 years.

In August, 2018, I had my 2nd baby naturally and decided to no longer keep the frozen embryo. At that same time, the practice stopped sending me monthly invoices. I called my doctor and found out he was bought out by Dr. Patel and no longer in practice. I thought my embryo was gone, I grieved, and then I was happy to be done and starting my family and I moved on.

In October of 2019, 15 months later, the practice sent me an email stating I owed them $900 for the frozen embryo storage. They blamed their new billing system for not sending out an invoice BUT they had my credit card, have my phone number and mailing address. They could have called me the second my account was past due, they could have sent another invoice stating past due.

They did nothing for almost a year and a half and now expect me to pay for their non-communication or lack of follow up. Had they sent any invoice or called the month after I missed my first payment, then i would have responded and reacted BUT to go 15 months with no communication and now say i owe them for all the months they didn't send a bill out is insane!

Oh and did I mention they already received over $23,000 from me for my treatments?! And now they are threatening to send me to collections for their mistake!

Do not trust this practice. It is not the same since my amazing doctor was kicked out!

Dr patel and his team are the BEST. After going through lot's of fertility clinics and different rounds of IUI, i came to know about AZARH. I didn't had much hope when i first went there but Dr patel show me the best path of my life and finally i got pregnant. His diagnosis and advice was so accurate that it just changed my life. He gave me my baby and not only that i was able to conceive naturally after that for my 2nd baby.
