My first few months with Bloom were great - I was treated with kindness, my calls were responded to in a timely manner, and I was given a lot of information to help my husband and I make decisions on how to move forward in our fertility journey. I then had to unexpectedly undergo a surgical procedure and had to take a couple months off from fertility treatment.\nWhen the time came for me to resume treatment, I felt as if Bloom had forgotten about me as a patient. I had my medical records faxed over so that the doctor could review them. I was told she would need to review them before I could proceed with any further fertility treatment. About 2 1/2 weeks later, I still had not heard anything. I called and left a voicemail the morning of April 1st. In their recorded voicemail, it says "we will get back to you no later than the following business day." April 2nd came and went, and near the end of the day I still had not heard back, so I called again late that afternoon and left another voicemail. I did not hear back. I sent an email the evening of April 2nd as well. Here we are, April 20th, and my calls and emails have still not been answered. I have still not yet heard anything from them as to why it has taken so long to review my records. I decided to move on to another fertility clinic and have had a much more positive experience there already - my calls are answered IMMEDIATELY (no need to leave voicemails and *hope* for a call back). They make me feel valued as a patient, while Bloom did no.\n\nOverall, Bloom really let me down. Infertility is a very, very difficult thing to go through, and experiences like this make it harder on patients than it needs to be. I don't expect to ever hear back from them or get the apology that I truly feel I deserve, but I have accepted that. I wanted to share my experience so those who are considering working with Bloom can have this information..

If you're considering fertility care--especially if you're a woman navigating the deeply personal, physically grueling, emotionally and financially complex world of IVF--read this. And please, don't give up hope until you've found Bloom Reproductive Institute and Dr. Reschke in Scottsdale, AZ.
I say this as someone who spent nearly three and a half years in the trenches of infertility, across multiple clinics, states, protocols, surgeries, and heartbreaks. I had every reason to give up--multiple miscarriages, failed IUIs, multiple D&Cs, several stimulation protocols, expensive fertility drugs, egg retrievals, failed embryo transfers and various other IVF clinics and specialists, a deeply painful and ultimately useless ovarian rejuvenation treatment without anesthesia, and countless rounds of medications and protocols that ended in devastation. I was in my 40s when I walked into Bloom, with a low AMH level and a reproductive history that most would quietly refer to as "discouraging."
I still remember waking up from one egg retrieval surgery at another clinic, loopy and disoriented, under anesthesia--my body aching, my heart pounding. After months of invasive treatments, shots, and financial sacrifice, a doctor met me post-op, walked in, clipboard in hand, and delivered the news in flat, clinical speak: "We did not get any eggs." No warmth. No empathy. Just a crushing statement that shattered me in a sterile room with fluorescent lights. I left that day not only empty-handed, but emotionally gutted and utterly alone.
And then, I met Dr. Reschke and the team at Bloom.
From the very first appointment, everything changed. I wasn't just a chart or a case or a 'geriatric pregnancy' to be managed--I was seen. Fully. Compassionately. Intelligently. She remembered my daughter's name. Dr. Reschke never separated my emotional pain from my medical care. She treated the full picture--loss, fear, and longing included. She honored the small wins and held space for the devastating setbacks. And most importantly, she gave me the one thing I had nearly lost entirely: hope, anchored by thoughtful, personalized action.
At Bloom, we left no stone unturned--accounting for my Factor V Leiden, MTHFR, a positive ANA, low ovarian reserve, need for immune support, tailored cycles that avoided estrogen because of clotting risk and ultimately a PGT-tested euploid embryo transfer that led to the miracle: a positive pregnancy test after years of devastation. And it was Dr. Reschke herself who called to share the news--a moment etched into my heart forever.
The care I received from the Bloom Chandler extension team (nearer to my home) went far beyond what I imagined possible. Nurse Kim, my incredible coordinator Erica, and the entire administrative and nursing staff handled everything--from medication timing to surgical prep to 7,000 emailed questions--with grace, warmth, and precision. They were never too busy to answer my fears or celebrate my fragile hopes. And even in the midst of medical logistics, they never let me feel alone.
This is female-first, emotionally intelligent, medically advanced, holistic reproductive care in its most extraordinary form. I would fly across the country for it. (And honestly, I nearly did.) If you are facing the overwhelming decision of where to go, go here. No matter what you've been through, no matter your stats, no matter your history--you deserve to be seen the way they see you at Bloom.
I will carry their compassion with me for the rest of my life. And when we finally meet this long-awaited baby, we will do so with full gratitude for the hands that helped guide us here.

So far I have had an amazing experience with Dr.Behera and her staff.\nThey are so kind and supportive.\nI was terrified before my first egg retrieval and Dr.Behera held my hand and consoled me until I was out.\nShe truly loves what she does and so does her staff.\nI am always treated with kindness. I have never felt like “just another number” like we did at our previous clinic. We have been with Bloom since 2019 and are pregnant with our 3rd bloom baby. We can’t thank Dr. Behera and all of the Bloom staff for all of their love and support over these past 6 years. They gave us so much hope in a very dark time and helped make our dreams of a family a reality. IVF is never easy but with our amazing coordinator Erica, I felt like they were always a call or email away to answer my questions and ease any worries! Bloom will always hold a special place in our hearts and we are beyond grateful for our beautiful children they helped to bring into this world! Thank you will never be enough!.

We had the absolute BEST experience at BLOOM! It took us 3 years to naturally get pregnant with our first, and we were having trouble getting pregnant again after our son so decided to seek advice. For the first time in my life(36yo) I was diagnosed with possible PCOS which looking back makes a lot of sense. Dr. Behera and the team totally supported our decision to try the least invasive options first, and after only two tries, we are pregnant with our new baby! We are over the moon excited and cannot thank the team enough! They were there for us through the ups and downs and put up with all my questions and worries. We are so, so thankful for their amazing team!.

Dr. Reschke is the best! She is a wonderful doctor who truly cares about helping her patients navigate their fertility journey. From the start, Dr. Reschke and the Bloom team were amazing! Our plan of care was tailored to fit our family needs along with our work schedules. We never had issues with communication or lack of response. The NPs/PAs (Alex, Kellie, and Lauren), medical assistants, billing, and front desk staff were just as amazing and caring as Dr. Reschke! We can not thank Dr. Reschke and the Bloom team enough for helping us grow our family!

It was a privilege to have found Dr. Behera and the remarkable staff and Bloom Reproductive Institute. The atmosphere at bloom radiates warmth, compassion, and a genuine desire to help couples like us realize their dreams of parenthood. Dr. Behera and her dedicated team immediately put us at ease. Dr. Behera took the time to thoroughly explain our options, never rushed our appointments, and made sure we felt informed and empowered. After multiple IUIs, we embarked on our IVF journey. We had a successful transfer in April 2022 and welcomed a healthy baby boy in December 2022. We loved Bloom so much, that upon transferring our care to our OB-Gyn, we found ourselves yearning to return to Bloom. Everyone at Bloom makes you feel like you're the most important patient and we are eternally grateful. We cannot recommend Bloom and Dr. Behera enough. I am very pleased with my experience at Bloom and would recommend the practice to anyone struggling with infertility. I had my first successful IUI from there two years ago and and just "graduated" after my second, and left the office for the last time feeling so grateful for their care. The office is clean and welcoming, and the staff are all warm, attentive, and knowledgeable every step of the way. Even though there are closer fertility clinics in my area it was worth the longer drive to receive the exceptional care at Bloom. Thank you Dr. Bahera and everyone at Bloom for helping us start our family!

Like so many others, my husband and I are blown away by the treatment we received at Bloom. We moved over from ARMS after a failed FET and terrible treatment. Where Bloom excels is in their values and patient treatment. EVERYONE there cares, everyone is gentle and understanding and everyone makes you feel like your are understood. During such a delicate time in your life, this is exactly where you need to be. We came to Bloom with no answers as to why we couldn't get pregnant. Not only did they diagnose our issues but they fixed it. We'll on our way to having our first child and we will be back for #2. We wish there was more we could give them in return. Money just doesn't seem to be enough. Thank you to Dr Bahera, our Nurse Taylor and the entire clinical and surgical staff. We love you.

This clinic has absolutely appalling customer service. I had to leave multiple voicemail messages, call repeatedly (with no answer) and email repeatedly before receiving responses. I needed time sensitive info related to IUI and NOTHING! I cannot believe this business operates successfully with such poor service to their customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

We used Bloom to conceive our first child and everything was pretty smooth. We recently moved out of state and it took over a week for us to be able to get a hold of someone at the clinic so we could request a copy of my medical records so we would be able to transfer to a clinic in our new state. The only way we got someone on the phone was by repeatedly calling multiple times in a row, not because they returned any of our phone calls. Our new clinic needs some additional information but unfortunately we are having issues reaching anyone but Bloom voicemail again. Seems like Bloom Reproductive Institute is great to work with until you have to transfer out of their care which is a shame.

Dr. Behera and her team are incredible, and I am so grateful to have found Bloom. I am writing this review after working with the team for two years and am now in my 16th week of a healthy pregnancy.
My fertility journey was a challenging one full of ups and downs and rare complications. Throughout the process the team at Bloom was compassionate, competent and always made me feel cared for. Dr. Behera took the time to communicate everything that was happening and individualized my care based on my needs. She identified issues that I feel many doctors would have overlooked or would have been comfortable describing as "unexplained infertility", and she made holistic health recommendations that ultimately allowed for a healthy pregnancy. She never once let us doubt that a baby was in our future, and the tweaks and modifications to our IVF protocol resulted in retrieving healthy eggs and eventually a successful transfer.
Dr. Behera's care and compassion is carried through by the rest of the team at Bloom by everyone from the nurses, office staff, and surgical staff. Stress from frequent office visits and financial costs was reduced with the help of flexible scheduling, running on schedule, and help navigating billing and insurance. The team always responded quickly to my many calls and emails - going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I want to write a special thank you to Lauren who called to check in multiple times while I was dealing with some particular complications.
My physical and emotional needs were equally cared for at Bloom, which was such a gift given how hard going through this process is. The work they do is nothing short of miraculous and I would recommend them to anyone who is struggling with infertility.

Dr Behera and her staff are absolutely incredible. Dr Behera is also hands down the most beautiful doctor inside and out. I'm literally laying there waiting on her for a procedure and she walks in glowing beautifully and all smiles. Talk about beauty and brains haha. She actively listened to me as a patient and has this super kind compassionate spirit that you can't help but love. When I first met her I honestly felt like I was touched by an angel because she's that special and maintained that same awesomeness about herself throughout my journey at Bloom whether in person or over video. I love loved the fact that all of Bloom staff were women. Us women are the carriers of babies in this world and can relate to understanding how our hormones work and bodily changes with periods pregnancy and so on work so I enjoyed interacting with only women throughout this process. All of the staff at Bloom are pretty amazing. The Scottsdale location is quite busier than the Chandler location but I'd have to say outside of Dr Behera being the best fertility doctor ever. Justine from the Chandler location was the sweetest nurse/MA I have ever had. Like cupcakes with sprinkles on top sweet. From all my appointments and labs etc she treated me with 5 star service like I was her best friend or sister. I grew to love and care about her and looked forward to my appointments to not only get closer to achieving my goal but also to chat with her. Kim from the Chandler location was also super awesome. I love how she has a gift of humor. In the midst of different appointments and different outcomes I enjoyed her light hearted spirit that always kept me laughing and smiling. I am so blessed and grateful that the Universe gave me the opportunity to work with the best fertility doctor and staff in the world. I would recommend any women trying to achieve pregnancy to see Dr Behera and her staff and especially to women who have endometriosis. Obviously patience, faith, optimism and a healthy social support is something that's absolutely needed in addition, but I can say that in the end it was worth it because I am one of happiest women alive whose dream came true and is expecting and I could not have done this without Bloom.
