Staff was very friendly and professional. Brandi replaced my IUD. I've had issues in the past with none PP providers and my IUDs, but Brandi was amazing. Super quick and minimal discomfort. Truly a positive experience all around!!

I went to planned parenthood almost 17yrs ago for an abortion when I was 21yrs old. The day of the procedure the doctor told me I was having a possible etopic pregnancy and I needed to go to the ER. I wasn’t. I was having twins and the doctor wanted me to know that but obviously couldn’t tell me. I’m thankful the doctor had a conscience about this bc I’m about to celebrate my twin boys 16th birthday and I thank God every day they sent me to the ER and didn’t do the abortion as planned..

i wish i was able to give planned parenthood a 0 star rating. i went in for my second appointment to get an abortion and had to get a vaginal pelvic test done. there was a male doctor and a female student. i requested to have a female doctor present and when i asked for that the male doctor got super defensive about it and basically told me no. he was too relaxed sitting back on the counter and seemed creepy as if he was waiting for me to spread my legs open and get a vaginal exam by another women. i told him i was not comfortable with another man looking at my vagina and he was trying to argue with me and said he will step out to let me think about if i wanted to continue the appointment or not. which of course i did not want to continue. i wanted to speak with his supervisor and he said “go ahead she’s in phx, you can call her but i don’t know if she’s gonna answer you.” after i put my clothes on the manager came in and talked to me and i explained the whole situation to her which she was very kind about and apologized for the mistake of a MALE doctor which HE should be apologizing for HIS actions. THERE ARE OTHER WOMAN AND OTHER MINORS THAT GO TO THIS CLINIC TO SEEK HELP AND SEEK A PROTECTIVE SAFE ENVIRONMENT TO GET THESE TYPES OF THINGS DONE. There should be no reason a male doctor should be arguing with me because i am uncomfortable having another man looking at my private parts. no woman should ever feel like they’re crazy for reacting in a way like i did. he needs to be fired and he needs to seek help. he is a terrible and creepy doctor..

The doctors were super helpful and very sweet. They made me feel very comfortable in my exam. I didn’t have to wait long. Definitely recommend if you don’t have insurance and need quick help with your reproductive health!

Just got my IUD. I had a fantastic experience. It seemed less crowded at 10am When J arrived compared to 11. Each woman I spoke to was amazing. Lindsey Ellis did my procedure and she was WONDERFUL. Helped me decide which type and talked me through the whole process.
