Our IVF journey with Dr. Danzer and the entire team at SCRC was nothing short of incredible. From start to finish, they made the entire process seamless and smooth sailing, ensuring that we always felt informed, supported, and at ease.\n\nWhat sets SCRC apart is their holistic, all-in-house approach, which made everything so much more convenient and stress-free. Every visit felt like we were in the best hands – the team was always kind, polite, diligent, efficient, on time and truly a pleasure to be with. I felt comfortable and completely trusted them throughout every step of the journey.\n\nDr. Danzer, Stephanie, and Mae were especially wonderful –uplifting, reassuring, and always there with warmth and encouragement. Their care made such a lasting impact that I knew I would miss them once we graduated to our OBGYN.\n\nI genuinely look forward to returning for Baby #2, and I highly recommend SCRC to anyone embarking on their fertility journey. This team is simply the best!.

My wife and I couldn't of loved Dr. Danzer, and his clinical team, any more. After years of unsuccessful IVF attempts we are finally into our 2nd trimester! The appointments are always on time and we are shown love and compassion. A very special shout out to Suzanne Bangis who always stays in communication and helps with all of our needs! Thank you SCRC!

I am experiencing HIPPA violations at this clinic with the Third party team. I have been intentionally lied to and also had my medical records withheld from me intentionally and sent to other clinics without my written authorization. When I requested to speak to the doctor directly about this to report what is happening I was told that he will not speak with me because I am no longer a patient here although I was indeed a patient at this clinic just last month when I was cleared for surrogacy. The third party team at this facility seems very shady and is doing things under the table to match surrogates with other clinics for their own personal benefit. I never authorized my medical records to be released to other clinics and I am very upset that this is happening and upset with being ignored. I could be wrong but based on my experience it seems like many of the employees here are in on this and working with other agencies and clinics on the side for their personal gain.

Was a patient of Dr Changs last year and when she suddenly left, SCRC pretty much dropped me with no help getting in to see another doctor. After 2 months and several thousands of dollars they couldn’t care less about keeping me as a patient. Had to pay to have my records transferred to my new and far better clinic.\n\nThis clinic literally treats patients terribly. Communication is terrible, good luck getting anyone on the phone, billing is disorganized and zero empathy for the already emotional rollercoaster that is our IVF treatment.\n\nThey have also been billing me for $200 for the last 18 months saying that I owe that for 2 20 second conversations I had which only let me know my blood work came back and looks good. I had a manager call me a year ago to say they will take care of it and here I am still getting a bill each month. This place is an absolute joke!.

Although the team at SCRC is great, the embryology clinic they partner with, ART Reproductive, is the absolute worst. No one ever answers the phone and if they do, they don’t know how to help you. They will forward your call to someone’s voicemail who never calls you back. I’m left wondering in anyone actually works there and how it affects the quality of the embryology systems. I’m shocked that SCRC would continue to use them when they can’t rely on them. I’m regretful I had my donor eggs shipped there and wish I would have chosen another clinic..
