Love Circle!! I started my 1st journey in May 2018 and was able to have a successful birth of a little boy for a couple in Switzerland in July 2019! I love that Circle is big on connections and families. They could not have done a better job matching us and we are so happy to now have grown our own family internationally! The entire process went fairly fast and everything always seemed to fall right into place for us! I constantly felt supported and checked in on by my social worker and Program coordinator. Thank you Circle for such an incredible opportunity. 💕

Review of Circle Surrogacy an... from Kendall Scroggins
I have had a disappointing and stressful experience with this company at Circle Surrogacy. When I first started speaking with someone I forgot her name but she was very pleasant and understood as a new prospective surrogate I may have some questions and concerns before getting started after I finished nursing.\n\nUnfortunately when I contacted them back to get started because I was finish nursing I contacted circle surrogacy and they had me in communications with Kate Goerdt and that was a stressful process. She mentioned I was almost to the next process to matching with intended parents and I can come back after I completed my family, but unfortunately I wouldn’t be able to move on in the process because of my concerns and questions.\n\nThe disappointing part is not being able to help the families that may come to this clinic for surrogates to help start or complete their families. I wish I could help but this isn’t the company I’d recommend to anyone at all.\n\nPLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE!!!!!

My experience with Circle has been frustrating and disappointing. I hope that by sharing my story, others can make an informed decision and avoid the headaches that I have encountered.\n\nAs a current IP with Circle, my experience has been disappointing. Despite paying ~55K and waiting for over 21 months, I have not received the level of service that was promised. Circle assured me of a 12-14-month matching timeline and the ability to work with my clinic (located in the West Coast), but the two profiles they shared did not meet my clinic’s requirements. Had I not thoroughly reviewed them, I would have spent money and time on unnecessary testing.\nCircle did not offer any concessions for the delay, other than an apology and an explanation that “things are difficult.” I have eliminated my matching preferences, and yet to see any results. I feel let down by my decision to work with Circle. It is too late to switch to another agency, as I would have to start at the end of the line again after waiting for over 21 months. Circle would only refund me ~6K, without a full refund I can’t afford to switch to a different agency.\n\nFurthermore, I have encountered several issues during the egg donation matching process. Their database contains people who have not been fully vetted. The first egg donor candidate did not follow through after months from being selected, and the second was disqualified by Circle after months of completing the doctor review of bloodwork results and medical records. These issues could have been prevented if Circle had done their full due diligence before adding egg donors to their database.\n\n(I will continue to add more details in the review as I move through the process)

at first my experience wasn't very bad I had Kendra as an intake coordinator, she was really awesome but when she went on maternity leave and Jeanette took over jeanette tried to match me with people that did not match my profile and withheld information about the intended parents to get me to do zoom meetings with them. After I asked my own questions and found out that they didn't match what I was looking for Jeanette got upset with me and told me not to ask questions, that she would be the one asking the questions. She also refused to pay my insurance premiums every month after the first i started getting notices from Providence that my insurance isn't being paid and that if I don't pay it I could owe that in collections. 100% do not recommend with all of the companies out there for surrogates I highly recommend looking into another. I am so grateful to have chosen Circle as my surrogacy agency. The process can be long and confusing at times and the staff at Circle is wonderful about guiding you every step of the way. I was absolutely blessed to help build a beautiful family for a wonderful couple and we are still very close. The process was absolutely seamless from beginning to end and the staff are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure your experience is top notch. I love being a part of the Circle family.

She is very compassionate about Surrogacy and treats her staff, surrogates and Intended parents as though they are her family. I carried twins as a gestational surrogate just a few months ago and worked through Circle of Life Surrogacy. The director Jeanette Passwaters is one of the kindest people I know. She is very supportive and attentive. She made herself available to me when I had questions, concerns, etc. She truly loves her work and helping families grow!
