SAI is the worst surrogacy agency run by many evil staff like Nicole, Vivian, and Rebecca led by its owner Diana Olmeda: this is not only based on my traumatizing experience, but also other families' first-hand experience as well. I have receipts of their complaints, in writing.
Multiple families have sued SAI this year for various reasons, even more families were forced to settle with SAI to be gagged to talk about SAI's wrongdoing and unlawful (in my opinion) misconduct, in order to get their agency fee refund.
SAI tries to take away our first amendment rights and publicly call it "breach of contract" if we ever give them bad but honest reviews.
In my opinion, BBB and other similar websites should all delist SAI from their platforms (like two platforms already did) to protect other families from getting hurt and traumatized with their unethical behavior, unlawful and fraudulent act (in my opinion).
Further, government agencies and the court should shut down SAI to protect other consumers.

This agency has done absolutely nothing, from long waits to bad service. Every time I go, I feel like I'm talking to a wall. Made my family feel unwelcomed and uncomfortable, almost like we were just subjects and not actual people. I would strongly recommend people that are interested in SAI to look elsewhere! SAI is just trying to make money and completely dismisses families. LOOK ELSEWHERE!

This is my first journey. I was recommended by a friend. Since day one, I have been having a great experience. They offer great customer service and the staff is attentive to my journey. I am truly happy with SAI. I really recommend them. You wont regret it. I'm currently 21 weeks, I got matched with the most amazing IPs. I'm really cherishing every moment. Helping others be parents is a great accomplishment.

SAI has been an amazing agency to work with! Since day 1, they have been nothing but patient, understanding and extremely friendly. When it came down to choosing an agency, I wanted one that not only had longevity and experience in the world of surrogacy but also one that would answer my million and one questions without me feeling silly...SAI embodied all of that. I completed my first journey with them Spring 2019 with an amazing single father whom I still keep in contact this very day! I am now currently on my second journey and while there have been bumps in the road (no journey is the same!) they have still been checking up on me, making sure myself and my IPs are taken care of and just really go above and beyond to make sure things are good and always there when needed!!

SAI is very professional and organized. They take care of their surrogates and make the matching process with potential parents easy. They do a great job at matching personalities and the needs of each person. I never had any issues with them during my journey. They have monthly meetings and I met another surrogate who is still one of my very good friends today. I delivered a healthy baby girl in May 2019 and Venise came to visit me during my time in the hospital. Both Venise and Holly were there for me throughout my journey and answered any questions I had. They do fun retreats as well and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone who may be considering surrogacy.

I started out with sai back in 2018 . They were my first surrogate agency and my first time experiencing surrogacy . The process was fairly easy and their team made sure that if we had any questions throughout the process to never hesitate to ask . Once I got matched and everything sai offered a lot of perks that o was very appreciate it for example retreats for the surrogates , monthly support groups ect. I was very happy throughout my journey working with sai.. whenever i needed to talk to somebody they were always there . I bonded with HOLLY most of my journey. She's such an amazing and friendly person. They provided so much love and support especially being a first time surrogate I didn't know what to expect and the outcome was amazing . I delivered two twin boys and to see the parents faces when it was time to transition couldn't been any better feeling then knowing that I helped a family create a blessing and thanks to a agency who helped make families dreams come true ! I earned my wings at sai and I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone '

I highly recommend using SAI for your surrogacy journey. I guarantee that you will leave with a bigger circle of family and friends. They have a huge support system that always calls to check in. They have wonderful case managers. Shelly is my case manager and I can't praise her enough! She is amazing! She truly cares! She doesn't let me settle for second best. Shelly makes sure I am getting EVERYTHING I need and I love that! I have been with SAI for 3 years and have loved every moment!

Where do I start? I have worked with SAI since 2011 as a surrogate. Each journey has been filled with happiness and the support of this wonderful agency. The girls who work here all have experience in the field and know the importance of balancing life with the surrogates and their intended parents. My experience has been that everything has been straight forward, and they have been open to wishes of both the surrogate and intended parents. I look forward to our monthly support groups where we can mingle with other surrogates and offer each other an ear to listen and a should to lean on. I wouldn't work with any other agency.
