I’m so glad we went through our journey as intended parents with Ivy! We had talked to several other agencies before I spoke to Kelli and they all felt transactional. Talking to Kelli was a breath of fresh air and immediately after, I knew I wanted to work with her. It just felt like she cared and wasn’t just about making money. They were the only agency we talked to that doesn’t charge an agency fee until we were matched. Other agencies make you pay the fee before you can even review their candidates.nnWe had no idea what to expect as it was our first journey and it went as smoothly as we could have hoped for. Kelli was always there and quick to respond with any questions we had. We were matched with such an amazing surrogate and the process just felt very personal. The manager, Rebecca, for our surrogate was also so sweet and made it out to several appointments with our surrogate as support. The surrogacy process has a lot of ups and downs, and Kelli and her team go above and beyond the call of duty to help both the IP's and surrogate. She has awesome customer service, and also responds very quickly to all questions and problems. I have spoken to other agencies, and they do not have the hands on customer service that Ivy has, and have a more corporate like experience. Highly recommend!.

(HUGE bonus!) Their cost/payment structure is transparent, and their online escrow management portal is user-friendly and efficient. Ivy always made it right, even when I accidentally wired to the wrong account for escrow - Kelli solved the problem, allowing me to focus on the journey. 🙏🏼nnWhat stood out most for me vs. other agencies was the continuity of working with one dedicated person at Ivy. Kelli was my main point of contact throughout the entire process - start to finish. While other agencies will pass you from one individual to another (eg. sales rep to case manager).
