The most quickest and efficient workers, these women really take care of you🤎. You will feel safe. They really make u feel comfortable and listen to your needs. As well as pay attention to any of symptoms. They also offer a program if u have no insurance and need some testing done. It's the best. No judgment and you get most results as quick as one day. And other ones they will call you. But way better then going to a regular clinic. They will not give you the run around here. It's amazing.🤎

I made an appointment at 8:10am on a Saturday. This was the only Planned parent hood that had an early appointment which is why I came here. It was pretty empty, very clean and fast paced clinic. The receptionist was nice and welcoming. I suggest if you come to make an appointment ahead of time. Walk ins tend to take a bit longer as from what I saw. Also they may seem like they're closed but just ring the doorbell and someone should buzz you in. Would likely come back again if I had to. Would likely come again to this location.

This planned parenthood is the best I can honestly say that there wait time is very long but with all the free services they provide come on now we can not expect to go in and right back out! I came here worried sick for my womanly stuff but as a new yelper I can say all staff is very friendly and really care for there patients ladies rock like no other one

I was in pain so they took me as walk-in. All staff was friendly and they told me waiting time would be around 2 hours. That didn't sound that bad. The truth is their efficiency is the worst in the world. I got there at 1:30pm and left at 5:40pm. I took off my pants in the exam room and waited for like 25 mins or so to get the exam. I spent more than 4 hours and they could't do any treatment and referred me out. I was in pain. If they had better efficiency I would have had enough time to get treatment at another place. Now I got to suffer one more night of pain. I don't know they are healing people or making people suffer. I've been to planned parenthood in NYC and they had me see the doctor within an hour even I didn't have appointment.

I wouldn't even give this clinic a 1 star !! I had an appointment at 10:45am came in at 10:20am to check in to be seen a little early . They had us waiting for 3 hours & barely got seen .. This is the worst experience from plan parent hood literally . If that's the case then let us know its first come first serve bases .

First time here. Ill admit walking in, the place is nice and clean. The front desk girl greeted me all energetic and nice. Provided me all paperwork and answered any questions nicely. Then a very nice lady walked me into. a room for questions and to answer mines etc. Before the check up. Her computer was not working so she asked another nurse to finish with my questions and etc. Well this little indian maria looking nurse with a straight up fucked up attitude came to assist me. Oh lord. Well first i came for birth control so obviously i would like information on different types and how they are all use etc. You know all the common concerns when starting birth control well apparently this doll doesnt. She just handed me a paper full of different types and said well they are all good and all our patients are all on at least one of them so just choose and we can do it. Um lady we are talking about my vagina and important shit not no nail color we do for you bull shit -_- that was the first then her attitude got worst and worst The way she was speaking to me. Then she asked me to put my phone away if the other lady didnt tell me then she wasnt following protocal . Okay i understand no phones but their is a way of saying it and not bashing your own coworker because one that coworker has way better service than you so the bashing should be on you for not having customer service ! Then i said to her " your so serious " and the lady responded with a smerk and said "yes i am" wow is that how this clinic treats people ? The worst staff member i have ever met in any company , business, organizations, etc. She has topped it with a cherry on top. I did complain to the supervisor who is actually the sweetest and most helpful staff i have ever met she did apologize for the incident and let me fill out a complaint. Also kepted checking up on me to make sure i was being taken care of. Now that is some customer service after a bad incident . I give the supervisor two thumbs up for service and for being very i formative and For answering all my questions and concerns ! So if you ever come here please do not see the nurse EULALIA the rudest person ever ! MADE MY APPOINT MENT LONGER THAN WHAT IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE AND I LEFT UPSET .
