I was a first time surrogate and I chose Modernly Ever After as my agency and it was the best decision i’ve ever made! They made my experience PERFECTION ! They were there every step of the way Aria checked on me all the time, made sure I was feeling okay answered any questions, offered advice, etc. She was always so open and caring throughout the entire journey just a beautiful soul. Even during my delivery of the child Ciara was there in the labor and delivery room with me telling me about her experience as a surrogate, comforting me, helping me and laughing with me through the contractions. Even post- delivery she checked on me until it was time for her to fly out and they still check on me and my progress they will be family always and forever and I would recommended them to anyone who wants to start this journey surrogate or intended parents they will provide you with everything you need!

I honestly don’t even know where to start! If this agency were the only surrogacy agency in the universe, I would say you’ve hit the cosmic jackpot! Ciara, and the entire team are like the Avengers of surrogacy LOL—beyond amazing! They remind me a lot of how I operated my catering business, but with less frosting and more baby-making magic!\nSo, there I was, scrolling on Instagram like a modern-day detective, when I saw Aria’s stunning picture that announced the launch of their surrogacy agency. I had already called like 6 or 7 other agencies interviewed 4, two in NYC. I was feeling like I was on a wild goose chase; our fertility company even suggested we go independent, and pointed us in the direction of Nodal, which was not what we wanted for our first journey.I am so glad we did not go that route!!\n\nLet’s be real: surrogacy costs these days? Let’s just say it’s less “small starter home” and more “lifetime investment.” Talking to Ciara was like I could breathe comfortably; exhale a bit. She walked us through every detail with grace, including their mission to help Black families grow without requiring a literal arm and leg (I’m dramatic—but you get it! This isn't cheap!). When she shared their transparent pricing, I almost dropped my water. “Actual” affordability in surrogacy? Pinch me! I knew this was the way God wanted us to go, the price helped but honestly it was Ciara‘s genuineness that won us over.\n\nThere were no long waitlists and no judgmental glances when we inquired; instead, there was a genuine warmth and an energetic enthusiasm to help us make this a reality.\n\nOur journey was full of unexpected twists and obstacles.There were moments when the stress left us feeling utterly drained; even the thought of planning a baby shower or decorating the nursery felt overwhelming due to the unnecessary challenges and fears we faced. But MEA? They took care of every detail—guest lists, invitations, and they even showed up with big smiles and enthusiasm. My family and friends still were shocked they were in attendance!\n\nIt’s important to highlight that Ciara is not just the owner but a nurse; she’s also a seven-time surrogate, which gives her invaluable expertise in navigating both the hospital system and the complexities of surrogacy. Additionally, it's worth noting that not all surrogacy agencies operate like MEA. I've spoken to several intended parents who were amazed by the level of involvement and support we've received from our agency, especially compared to their own experiences where they felt brushed off or had minimal communication from their agency, often passing them off to their lawyer.\n\nTo anyone considering surrogacy: please don’t go it alone. We were among the 10% who faced a difficult situation, and I can’t fathom navigating this journey independently. It’s like wandering through a maze blindfolded, with no real understanding of the legal complexities at play. No first-time parent—or even seasoned parents—should have to endure the heartache or unwanted stress from this journey should it goe sideways. It’s hard enough how we have to go about creating a family. You need a supportive team like MEA. They’re not just experts; they’re advocates with heart. They’ll laugh with you, cry with you, and when necessary, they’ll stand up to any uncooperative party on your behalf. They also have an amazing set of vendors they work with.\n\nModernly Ever After isn’t just an agency—they’re family. And trust me, you’ll want them in your corner when life serves up anything but unicorns and happy endings.\nThank you, thank you, thank you! We are forever grateful 💖

If you’re looking for the best surrogacy agency in America, this is the agency to choose. If you want that assurance that you will be supported from the beginning of your journey all the way to the end this is the agency for you. Aria and Ciara go above and beyond for intended parents and surrogates they work with. The expertise and the guidance that they offer is like no other agency in America. The entire modernly ever after staff are the best in the industry and I am very glad that my wife and I chose them..
