I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Sahakian. In my very first consultation, I was charged $350 for a virtual visit, he actually called me while driving. During that call, he was distracted, not listening to me, and the entire interaction felt rushed and unprofessional.nnWhen I later flew 4 hours from my city to Los Angeles for an in-person visit, he again spent less than 10 minutes with me, moving between patients while I was in the room. He did not take the time to carefully review my surgical report, and his diagnosis was completely wrong. What upset me the most was that, even after seeing how distressed I was, he showed no empathy and made me feel hopeless about my case.nnOn top of this, the clinic has been charging me and my insurance excessively, with costs that feel unreasonable and not transparent.nnOverall, I found Dr. Sahakian’s behavior unprofessional, careless, and lacking compassion. Patients deserve a doctor who listens, reviews their history properly, and provides accurate medical advice. Sadly, my experience with him was the opposite..

We are starting our surrogacy journey all the way from Melbourne Australia and visited the clinic at the end of August for our initial medical tests.nnWe were pleasantly surprised by the level of efficiency from the clinic through the process - everything just went super organized. Everyone was super friendly too. Considering the complexity that can arise, it was refreshing how well this experience turned out to be. Dr. Sahakian was great, the nurses were super accommodating. Highly recommend.

First time surrogate experiences ; Absolutely fantastic and heartwarming experience. With every question or concern being answered so fast by my case manager Julie and/or team, it made everything seem like a breeze. I can’t express enough how amazing Dr. Sahakian treated me. Even personally calling to make sure I understand the littlest details of treatment. With a successful IVF transfer on the first try 💜💜 I do believe that speaks volume 😍 Trust the process , Dr. Sahakian and his team are truly a dream team.
