Nice clean facilities too!nCon’s: Having to drive to San Ramon for procedures & the billing department. The receipts are not itemized. I would question charges and two times they told me to ignore it. Which made me second guess every bill I got..

The journey through fertility treatments is a difficult one. But RSC Los Gatos made it a very smooth and manageable process. From the very start where they explained the options (they were never pushy) all the way to the final stage of embryo transfer, they ensured consistently very high quality in their services and that I did not suffer any more than I absolutely had to. I decided to go for IVF due to my age and as we were anyhow looking to freeze embryos. Christina walked me through the whole process and helped me overcome any hesitation or fears with signing up. She and the other nurses are also extremely gentle while doing ultrasounds.Dr. Wachs patiently addressed all the questions I had prior to signing up. She made sure I was very comfortable every single meeting. I did one egg retrieval and PGTA on the embryos prior to freezing. This was followed by the removal of a polyp and an ERA Biopsy. Followed by the embryo transfer. The injections were made manageable through excellent training materials they provided and home delivery of medications by my provider. Dr.Wachs is truly gifted and oversaw the entire IVF process for me including the ERA Biopsy, Polyp removal and embyo transfer procedures. Dr. Laura Eisman successfully performed the egg retrieval for me and I was able to recover without complications. The anesthesiologist was also very good with every procedure. And Judi Mecchella was my case manager who supported me through the whole process. This was a dream team and I couldn't be more happy with RSC. I am so glad I was able to find them. I have a 8 month old now and she is such a blessing!.

From my initial consultation to every step of treatment, Dr. Lee provided expert guidance, ensuring I felt informed and comfortable. Her compassion and dedication made a significant difference in my experience, and I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor.nnWhile Dr. Lee was out of the office, I had the privilege of being cared for by Dr. Harris and Dr. Homer. Both were incredibly professional, patient, and attentive. They took the time to listen to all my concerns, answer my questions thoroughly, and ensure I felt reassured and well taken care of during Dr. Lee’s absence. Their expertise and kindness further reinforced my confidence in RSC.nnI had an excellent experience both with blood draw and sonogram. In particular, Judi was outstanding- she was incredibly gentle and detailed oriented.nnRSC is truly a place where dreams come true for those seeking IVF care in the Bay Area. I highly recommend it to anyone on this journey!

We did an IUI with Dr. Harris. The process was quick and his response time to testing was always amazingly fast which calmed all my nerves. Unfortunately (or fortunately in this case) we didn't really get to know anyone as we were in and out so quickly. Blessed to have our first IUI take and have our precious baby after 4 years of dealing with secondary infertility.

My entire experience, start to finish, with all RSC staff was fantastic! After an awful experience at a Sacramento clinic RSC was a breath of fresh air. Dr Harris and his team went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience. Thanks to RSC & Dr Harris I welcomed a healthy, sweet & absolutely perfect little one in to this world October 2024! I will be forever grateful to them for their skills, professionalism and kindness!

Dr. Lee is highly attentive and truly dedicated; each ultrasound was conducted with such care and gentleness. The team here is professional, knowledgeable, and supportive, creating a comforting and trustworthy environment throughout the process. I highly recommend RSC to anyone considering egg-freezing or fertility services！

First they tell me they need a referral by a doctor so I pay 100+ dollar for that, then they tell me the doctor needs to fill it out online and then finally they tell me they only accept a select group of docters (mine excluded). Completely outrageous. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Doctor: Wachs Type of Care: IVF Office experience: professional and attentive I started off my fertility process at Spring Fertility. I had the most awful experience at Spring Fertility and decided to leave them and come to RSC to give them a chance. My experience at RSC has been nothing but AMAZING. From start to finish with Dr.Wachs and her team, they have been completely supportive! The team had made me and my husband felt very taken care of throughout the process. I've never had issues with my billing nor my process here. With IVF, the process is longgg. We were supported with step-by-step instructions throughout. I never had to call or message them on what to do next. The team would inform us with detailed messages with what we needed to do during the process. I loved that they would call and if I didn't pick up, they'd leave a voicemail and then also email me to make sure I understood the steps in the process. Dr. Wachs is the sweetest and most informative doctor I've ever worked with. My experience at RSC vs Spring Fertility was night and day. I'm so so thankful that we have come here to get our fertility care. Result of our IVF: POSITIVE :)
