I'm a second time surrogate on my second journey with ISC. They have never failed me or my intended parents! Their communication is unmatched and they are ON IT with organization. The process is always smooth and if I have questions they get answered right away. Christy and Samantha are amazing case managers and Gracie Ruiz works so hard at her job as well! I did a ton of research and searched through many agencies before finding ISC. I initially picked them because I loved how understanding they were of women and not only the differences in pregnancies but normal struggles during pregnancies too. I felt like a lot of other agencies were always looking for that “perfect” person and ISC was the only place that understood that perfection isn’t a real thing and that’s ok. From the very beginning of my journey they were there every second. I felt incredibly supported even when I was just doing initial interviews and I knew then that these were the people I wanted to take this step with.nnThe incredible staff were there with me through everything and had the answers in a snap. They’re so well informed! My journey was so smooth - such an absolute joy. I can’t recommend ISC enough and am enternally grateful that they gave me the opportunity to do something I’ve always been dreaming about and help to bring happiness to another family. I can’t even imagine going through this with any other group! Can’t wait to do it again!

We have just arrived home with our baby boy and have nothing but praise for ISC. The surrogate we matched with exceeded our expectations in every way and we have come to care for her and her family deeply, she was incredible the entire pregnancy and made us feel so included and fully part of the experience every step of the way even though we were thousands of miles away. As for ISC, everyone we worked with along the journey were very professional, responsive, caring and a joy to work with, we felt very very well looked after. Our case manager, Heather, was an incredible source of info and support at all times of the day and we felt incredibly supported the entire journey by her, our surrogate and everyone at ISC. I can't thank them enough for a seamless experience. For any future IPs, I can't recommend ISC enough, they really know how to support and work tirelessly to help make your family dreams come true..

There aren't enough words I can use to express our gratitude to GSS. Over a year ago, I called GSS after using another agency in Canada whom left us with complete disappointment -imagine trying to conceive and facing heartbreak in every step. After my initial conversation with Sylvia, I knew there was finally some light at the end of the tunnel. I finally found an agency that was ethical, experienced and most importantly did their due diligence and background checks with the prospective surrogates. My husband and I were devastated when we learned we could not have children. We felt surrogacy was the best option, but were worried about finding the right place. After much research, we contacted Global Surrogacy Services. They have the most detailed screening process, including background checks for every one of their amazing surrogates. We are so grateful for their compassion as well..

I will say right up front that we came to the world of surrogacy with hesitation because as much as we wanted a baby of our own, we have close friends that went through another agency (my discretion will not allow me to mention them though I would love to) and had a very poor experience with their surrogate. Almost from minute one, our fears were erased as Global Surrogacy Services immediately disclosed the intense background checks and screening process they require their potential surrogates to go through. By the way, we have already met and love our surrogate mommy..
