Great staff. Acessibility is a factor of what makes Planned Parenthood appealing and reliable.\n\nA lot of the articles of information they display as well as the forms they provide to patients are translated in Spanish.\n\nThe staff are knowledgeable, supportive and look forward to seeing you back in their Medical office. A lot of their staff are very well experienced in their respected roles as well and trained throughly.\n\nI appreciate that the Infographics on the walls provide more information if you scan the discreet QR code.\n\nThe wait times are often 10-15 minutes long, if you were to check in to your appointment later than 15 min early. The staff are here to support you and provide great care.\n\nThe staff encourages you to ask any questions you have at all and create a great safe to converse and educate. I've been going here for years..

This location has improved their front desk staff very recently. There are more mature and professional staff now. They used to not greet you, have a bad attitude, and not let you check in until your appointment time exactly. We are literally allowed to check in 20 minutes prior to the appointment so I’m glad they improved. Some of the Nurses or MAs can either be really nice or not at all. It’s a hit or miss.\n\nSecondly, the clinical staff need more communication with one another if patients aren’t scheduled with the same provider. There was treatment confusion with me and it gave me so much distress from worrying about my health. This can impact and delay necessary treatment if dignosis is not done properly. As a patient I don’t understand what I need so that’s the responsibility of the clinical staff to inform and educate.\n\nI appreciate Jennifer Estrada for her amazing bedside manner and thoroughly understanding the patient health condition. She listens and has empathy. My nurse Anna is very professional and informative. They’re both wonderful! Front desk made scheduling a follow up easier than online.\n\nPlanned Parenthood has always been there for people who are in need of healthcare. They are very busy so the wait can be long but they help many people to afford reproductive health. I wouldn’t have been taken care of anywhere else since 16 years old. Very grateful for this organization. They literally save lives with cancer screenings and everything they do. Grateful for you all.

did a walk in today, and I got through my appointment all within an hour, friendly staff especially the MA who did my in take before I saw the nurse, I felt very comfortable with her along with Irish , especially since it was my first time at a different PPH with unfamiliar staff, but very lovely clinic and workers

If I could give zero starts to this place I would .. Morning staff had me waiting about 2 hours in the waiting area, then after going up to the front desk for the third time to ask how much longer till they see me because the lady at the front desk had said to me there was only 2 people ahead of me and it was not true .. 3 people went ahead of me and I still haven't been called!!! I mentioned the lady at the front desk I was only here to get medication and that's all . She apologized and said I'm sorry the provider still needs to see you ", I went to use the restroom so they could see that I was getting inpatient because 2 hours waiting for an APPOINTMENT that I made days ago it's INSANE!! I was finally put in a room so the provider can "see me" and still waited another 50 mins !!!!! I don't get the point on making an appointment if staff is going to make the patient wait that long !!!! My head is hurting because of how long they took to see me just to give me treatment!
A 30 mins appointment shouldn't NEVER TAKE 3 HOURS ‼‼‼

This is based on front office only! I got to my appointment early and was told they wouldn’t check me in until the actual time when the office was completely empty and no one was here. I waited for 1 hour definitely not impressed with the little lady in the front.

I made an appointment for 4:30pm and they couldn't find my appointment and all they said was that they couldn't see me today. I wasted 30 minutes of my time and gas in coming over here. They should've at least made the effort to see me, seeing that I had the appointment confirmation and everything.

Stopped in to pick up free condoms, which they've always advertise that they have and they give away, but today they told me they were out. The person who helped me at the desk even confirmed it with the Asst Manager adding that they probably weren't ever getting any back in. However, they were able to sell me the "not free" condoms at a price of $18 for a pack of 30. I either feel really discriminated against, or Planned parenthood needs to re-evaluate it's services because I'm (and presumably everyone else today) are walking out of there with NO CONDOMS!!!

So I get my STI testing done with my doctor normally but I don't think I'll be doing that anymore since visiting this clinic. I'm extremely hard to draw blood from and most times I'll get jabbed a few times before nurses give up and send me to a clinic to get blood drawn which is a major hassle. Kaitlin was extremely kind and put me at ease. I told her my concerns and she took the best care of me than any nurse I've ever met. She was able to draw blood from me on the first try and made sure I understood anything I had questions about. I'd recommend this place for anyone who has a hard time getting their blood drawn. KAITLIN is the BEST!!

The absolute worst! Came here for an annual exam and waited almost 2 hours before being called back. Once back there I asked how much longer and she said there were still people ahead of me to be seen so it would be another 45-60 minutes before the doctor actually comes in. This place is so unorganized and overbooked. Time is valuable, don't waste it here!

I was honestly skeptical about coming here but I had an awesome experience. The healthcare provider was so nice and it was probably the best pelvic exam I've had (I know sounds weird) but she was so gentle and made sure I felt as comfortable as possible. The receptionists were also very sweet :)
