I've been very busy with my new bundle joy and have delayed providing my review.
That sentence alone should tell you how amazing I find Nova. The doctors (Dr shah, Dr Schmidt) are amazing. Dr Schmidt in my consultation provided such clear medical reasoning to why my endo could be still impacting why I can't get pregnant. He was very thoughtful and provided a lot of time for my husband and I to ask questions. Dr. shah was so empathetic at every appointment and really both doctors are amazing.
I really want to say the staff that help you every single way through were amazing. They are the real grunt workers there. Teaching my husband how to get comfortable giving injections, taking my late night call so I understood how many syringes to use. I can't describe in words how nice this staff was during such a difficult time.
Negative thing it is out of network so dealing with payments is a bit tough but honestly that's more to say about the health insurance company than Nova. Nova gives you world class help and truly made the process so much easier than expected
I have a beautiful girl now and really have to thank them for everything! Would give them 10 stars if I could

I would give Dr. Schmidt 100 stars if I could! I have not seen such a highly specialized, highly accomplished doctor to be so patient and spend so much time with each patient, answering each question, calling the patient for check ins, and comforting the patient when anxious. I always felt heard, cared for, and in great hands. Never worried about the most complcomplicated peocedure. He made me feel comfortable and relaxd.
His practice is extremely professional, everyone is so knowledgeable and caring. They offered help with almost everything, even with simple injections.
If you're considering IVF, you must come to.Dr. Schmidt's practice. Period.

Dr. Shaw is one of the foremost experts on challenging IVF cases; she's especially good at difficult implantations and thin uterline linings! She is very much on the cutting edge of this in terms of science; not only is she up to date on all the latest scientific publications, she herself is working on a pre-publication on a treatment for thin uterline linings! We had failed twice at a different clinic, but with Dr. Shaw, it's one and done - we are expecting now in March 2025!!
Her staff and and office personel are extremely supportive (please don't misconstrue their persistent requests for information for being annoying - they are just trying to maximize your chances!!) and I would highly recommend Nova IVF to anyone who's looking to do IVF!
PS: SARTonline only reports past results that are *years* old - they often don't reflect the departure and arrival of really good doctors; as a result, we have found that online reviews have been a better source of current information than SARTonline, which is unfortunate but it's the truth!

From the moment we had our first consultation with Dr. Schmidt, we knew we would be in good hands with Nova IVF. From that first conversation, we felt heard and knew we would be taken care of during this incredibly important experience of starting our family. Every team member we interacted with during the whole process was warm, kind, patient, and understanding. They take the time to get to know you, not just as a patient but as a person too. The staff was always very responsive and accommodating. Dr. Schmidt is an exceptional doctor who always made us feel confident and at ease. Our appreciation and gratitude for Nova IVF truly knows no bounds. Making the choice to go with Nova is one of the best decisions we have ever made and we would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Nova IVF is OUTSTANDING. I truly mean this objectively, and as a healthcare provider myself. Every aspect of this clinic is top notch- and is a well oiled machine- meant in the greatest way possible. Things run so smoothly and every detail is taken care of without me having to worry or remember anything :) on top of that everyone (and I literally mean every single staff member) has been genuinely kind, helpful, and on top of things.
Dr.Shah is incredibly knowledgeable, on top of every little thing, kind and compassionate. She has overseen my care the past few years and has been able to figure out and problem solve in ways that other clinics have not. The whole team at Nova are outstanding- from the front desk, all the amazing nurses, the NPs and also Dr. Schmidt of course. Communication is excellent - super fast responses, always answering calls and emails, Scheduling was easy and they always tried to accommodate my early before work appt requests. Thank you everyone! I can't recommend this clinic enough!

After my first child was born, I struggled for 3 years getting pregnant again. I either couldn't get pregnant, or when I did, I would miscarry. I yearned so much for a second baby so that my child would have a sibling. I started asking around and doing my research on fertility clinics. I heard NOVA IVF was the best fertility clinic in the Bay Area with the highest success rate so I decided to go with them, and boy am I glad I did. I have been a patient of theirs for less than a year and now I am 10 weeks pregnant with another boy! I am beyond grateful to have worked with such a wonderful fertility treatment team! NOVA IVF had given me such compassionate and supportive care. The team was very thorough and clear with their treatment process, providing me with step-by-step instructions to follow. All the medical workers were very knowledgeable and always available with answers when I had questions. Thank you, NOVA IVF, especially Dr. Shaw, for making the impossible happen for me!

I don't even know where to start with this review. After researching many IVF locations, I came across NOVA IVF, the absolute BEST DECISION of my life. From the moment I set up my appointment to the very end, Dr. Shah and her team are remarkable, passionate, personal, attentive, and caring. The whole process was smooth sailing with their excellent communication skills. As you may know, it's a learning process, and I had many, many questions about medications, timing, etc. The nurses are always on top of their communication skills. They are with you every step of the way, literally. They made my wife and myself, feel comfortable with them from the beginning. I'm forever grateful Dr. Shah and her team were a part of our journey to starting a family. After receiving a positive pregnancy test, we received a gift from NOVA, Betsey, the photographer. A very thoughtful gift. Betsey was fantastic, she knew what she was doing, beautiful pictures. Her assistant was able to help us with their upgraded packages, and we received the pictures very quickly! We will be returning soon, as we want our family to grow. Thank you.
P.S. We commuted from Stanislaus County just for them, they are that great! :)

My wife and I are so grateful to Dr. Schmidt, Dr. Shah, Laura and the whole team at Nova IVF for the care and guidance we received during our multiple IVF cycles. The whole team is amazing ! After a negative experience at a different clinic, we were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, attentiveness and personal care shown to us by the Nova team. Our case was not easy, but Dr. Schmidt and Dr. Shah stayed optimistic and they refined our protocols for better results at each cycle. We received personal calls from both Dr. Schmidt and Dr. Shah with regular updates on our progress at every step. The Nova team renewed our hope in starting a family and we are currently expecting our first child! We would definitely recommend Nova IVF to anyone looking for a fertility care! They are the best!
