I reached out to ARC Fertility when I was informed that my insurance would not cover my treatment and I was scheduled to begin my treatment without a week. Upon the initial call with Linda, she was super helpful and kind in handling my inquiries and provided me with quick quote and walked me through the full process. Linda and ARC have been great in the process as I move forward with my treatment and plan.

I had the pleasure of working with Marina at ARC. She helped guide me through the process of understanding & selecting the right fertility bundle package. She then worked with me to apply to different lenders before confirming a loan with the best offer. My husband and I are so relieved that we made it through the first step of this IVF journey with success!\nWe are very grateful for Marina’s knowledge, dedication and help as she advised us through this uncharted territory, and with so much care and compassion.

I reached out to ARC Fertility after being told about their services from a financial counselor at OHSU. I was connected with Linda T. and she was helpful from the very beginning. She clearly explained the costs of the different packages and what was and wasn't included. Each interaction was informative and I appreciated the level of detail she provided. Linda was also great about following up in a timely manner. Overall she made the process simple. Thank you Linda!.

Very much appreciated working with the staff at ARC, specifically Linda Tran. Her explanation of the process was thorough and communication throughout was excellent. When we needed to expedite my application based on changes to timeline in my healthcare, Linda kept me in the loop throughout the process understanding the time pressures we were both under. The online application was easy and setting up automatic payments is a great benefit. Appreciate the care and especially the communication from the staff..
