My visit to Planned Parenthood left me feeling immense gratitude. Although the reason for my visit was anything but happy, the care that I received from NP Charlotte and MA Katie left me feeling seen, comfortable, and human. Both of these care providers looked me in the eyes with respect and provided excellent care and resources that helped my family and I. Planned Parenthood's staff and scheduling helped me get seen as quickly as possible without feeling rushed or a burden. Not enough words can capture the kindness and compassion that this staff provides to the public.

Horrible don’t go here if you want help I came in here a few time and each time I was told I can get help there because of my insurance and when I said if I can pay out of pocket the lady at the desk told me they don’t do that. They need to hire people that actually like there job and help people.

Nexplanon removal was done without waiting for the localized anesthesia to even kick in. Doctor was rude and judgemental, dismissed my concerns regarding the implant. Treated me like I was just a number she had to get to. I waited several hours despite having an appointment.

This location's team is so sweet and helped me immediately! Very sweet women working the desks and the doctors/nurses are great. I went in around 9am on a weekday and left about an hour later, and got everything I needed then and there. Felt safe and comfortable while waiting in the lobby as well. Thank you PP for all your help!.
