I cannot recommend Breann and Family Matters Surrogacy highly enough! As a surrogate, my experience has been absolutely incredible. Breann is everything you could ask for when it comes to an agency—personable, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the surrogacy process. It’s so refreshing to work with someone who truly cares and treats you like a person, not just a number in a system. She takes the time to understand your needs, provides constant support, and ensures you’re fully informed every step of the way. She is truly a gem in this field, and I wouldn’t trade the personal, compassionate experience I’ve had for anything. If you’re considering surrogacy, this is the agency you want to be with!!!

At first I loved it here because it was recommended . First off as far as I gone was first process which was the medical background to get my health history Breanne had me basically do this which I thought was weird because had to do all the work when it wasn’t my job but the coordinator “Breanne” she kept texting me to keep calling and trying to get my info which I did I went out of my way calling non stop talking to different people to get someone thing that should’ve been her job in the first place well after we got all the info she cleared me and said ok everything looks good now we’ll go to next step to find you and IP months go by I hear nothing from here I continue to text still nothing more month go by I still reach out and I tell her can u pls update me on if ur still interested of having me or let me know anything because it’s a year now and I been off of birth control for this reason and she lets me know yes I have interested IP’s pls hold off on birth control so I say ok thank now more time goes by I continue again text her still nothing back she can’t communicate with me or update me on anything I let it go more time goes by and I decide to call her and left her a voice message and still nothing at this point I’m over it because I found another surrogacy that’s are so loving and are there for me which I love Breanne is so unprofessionally and not commutative at all which I thought was so unprofessional especially when she told me to hold off on not going back on birth control and she goes MIA at least she can tell me hey I can’t find anyone at the moment interested or something but she can’t respond and find very odd I definately don’t recommend this place especially knowing what I know NOW … pic of my call to her no answer but left a voicemail and never reached me back.

The team at Family Matters Surrogacy is really, truly wonderful. My daughter was born in June 2019 and I am forever grateful to Breann for being our ally, advocate and educator.nnManaging the relationship between intended parents and their surrogate can be tricky and, as a former surrogate herself, Breann is able to relay invaluable insight. It's clear that Breann cares a lot about her intended parents and the remarkable, life-giving surrogates that work with her. She's organized and professional, and I appreciate that she's responsive by text and offers to talk/video chat even on weekends and weekday evenings.nnSurrogacy is complicated and at times overwhelming. My partner and I initially hesitated signing up with a smaller shop. I am so glad we did.

Breann and her team at Family Matters Surrogacy is absolutely amazing. This was my second surrogacy journey and it far surpassed my first journey. Breann was able to be present with me from the beginning during my application process to my medical screening and then my transfer appointment. The whole team was always there whenever I had a question and helped make this last journey a success. I highly recommend any Surrogate or Intended Parent to do a journey with Family Matters Surrogacy..
