When I first started my journey in June of 2024 I had a lot of concerns as I had read extensively into picking “the best agency” I had expressed those concerns to the agency and over the last year Physician's Surrogacy has shown me nothing but hospitality and a deep sense of care and concern in all areas of my life including motherhood and of course my journey as a first time Gestational Carrier! They took my concerns directly under their wing and provided immense support. I was welcomed in with open arms, connecting with other surrogates along the way and being invited in exclusive areas by working deeper in with the intake team to help support other surrogates in the same shoes I was in when I first started my journey.\nWhile of course there are always small hiccups here and there, Physician's Surrogacy takes pride in addressing those faults and go to deep lengths to help their Surrogates feel supported and cared for so we can have a successful journey! They do a wonderful job in finding the middle ground when it comes to negotiating terms between us Surrogates and our Intended Parents so there’s a happy medium between everyone. Since establishing my ever-growing relationship with the agency I have directly seen many sides and angles between the agency, us Surrogates and the Intended Parents perspective. There are so many beautiful minds at work here to bring life and love into the creation of families- I truly could not feel more welcomed and proud to have chosen such a profound company to work with. I can clearly see myself having many years of successful Surrogacies and growing lots of interesting relationships with much more of the team and GC’s to come!\nA sincere, wholehearted THANK YOU to Physician’s Surrogacy for changing my life along with many Surrogates and deserving Intended Parents for the absolute better!!!🩷.

I wish 0/5 stars was an option. This agency is predatory for GCs and IPs alike. You quickly realize that all they care about is money. They don't care about your journey and only see you as a path to cashing in. Poor communication across the board-- no one answers the phone, there's always a ghetto voicemail box & no return call. Do your research before proceeding. There's a reason this agency is trashed on surrogacy forums & facebook groups.
Don't let the high comp & ability to match before you sign lure you in. This place is bad news bears for GCs and IPs.

Very trust worthy and reliable company!!! It's scary thinking of how much trust you have to put in a surrogacy company and i know I m very picky and skeptical but have been nothing but pleased with this company. Me and my husband have been working with Physicians surrogacy now for months and they have been so, so patient, caring and excellent!! They worked with us, in spite of our setbacks, and have been so supportive in our journey. We are still working on our journey but this company has made such an overwhelming experience so much easier..

My partner and I went through years of infertility struggles, which led us to interview over a dozen surrogacy agencies before deciding to move forward with Physician's Surrogacy. From the beginning, we were impressed with Kelsi Davis, who has been exceptional throughout this entire journey. As a former intended parent herself, Kelsi truly understands the emotional and financial complexities of infertility and surrogacy. She is incredibly passionate about her work, which really shows in how she treats her clients.\n\nOne of the most appealing aspects of Physician’s is their relatively short wait time for matching with a surrogate. Initially, we were skeptical when they told us the wait would be only a couple of weeks, especially since we had been quoted wait times of 13-15 months by larger agencies like Circle Surrogacy. However, to our surprise, it only took two weeks for us to match with our first surrogate! This was a huge relief, especially considering that other agencies required substantial upfront payments (Circle Surrogacy wanted $52,000 before even matching us with a surrogate). Physician’s, on the other hand, does not charge any fees until a match is made, which feels much more fair and transparent.\n\nHaving the ability to match quickly is crucial. Surrogacy journeys can be unpredictable, and things can go wrong. For example, our first surrogate had to drop out for medical reasons, but Physician’s was able to match us with a new surrogate in just two weeks. The agency stays in close contact with weekly updates about new surrogates, so it’s clear they handle a high volume of cases and have a strong network of qualified carriers.\n\nIn fact, our positive experience with Physician’s was so good that we decided to pursue a sibling journey at the same time as our primary journey. We expressed our interest in a sibling journey to Kelsi, and within a few days, we were matched with our second surrogate. This quick turnaround time, combined with excellent communication throughout the entire process, has made our experience with Physician’s truly outstanding. Even after paying for the journey in full, we continue to receive regular email updates from our case manager. Any questions we have are answered quickly—sometimes within minutes.\n\nWhat also sets Physician’s apart is the quality of their gestational carriers (GCs). They are highly selective, accepting only 5-7% of the applicants who apply. Surrogates at Physician’s set their own fees, which means some experienced carriers may charge upwards of $100,000. While this is higher than the rates offered by other agencies, we believe it’s worth the investment. The higher pay attracts top-tier surrogates, and the agency can afford to be more selective in choosing the best candidates.\n\nAnother advantage is that Physician’s operates their own in-house IVF clinic, which many surrogates prefer to use for their embryo transfers. We decided to have our embryos transferred there for peace of mind, knowing our surrogates would receive excellent care. This level of quality and care made a big difference to us and our surrogates.\n\nIt’s important to note that Physician’s isn’t the cheapest option out there. Some smaller agencies offer lower rates, but their pricing structures are often a la carte, which can result in surprise fees down the road. Additionally, smaller agencies may not have the same resources or staff to recruit high-quality surrogates, which could result in longer wait times or fewer options.\n\nUnlike some agencies, Physician’s does not require medical or psychological documentation from the intended parents, which streamlined the process for us. Other agencies, like Circle Surrogacy, require proof of medical or psychological need, which we found unnecessary and burdensome.\n\nAll in all, we’ve had an incredible experience with Physician’s Surrogacy, and we couldn’t be happier with the service, support, and care we’ve received. If you’re an intended parent searching for a reliable and professional agency, I highly recommend giving them a chance.

I attempted to become a surrogate and did not qualify. I was called anyway. The man I spoke with was extremely rude and screamed at me before hanging up on me when I told him that I had not qualified and was not interested. He then called back. I asked to speak with his manager and he hung up on me again. Terrible experience. Be warned. Do Not recommend.

In 2022, I made the decision to help a family, I qualified and I matched at 3 weeks, I'm starting my treatment, I had great handlers of my case especially Glaiza and Theresa, who helped me from start to finish, I managed to get pregnant on the first try, they sent me with a great ob, all the time they were in communication with me, I always had their support and communication, The day of delivery arrived and they were with me in that process, they also have help 24 hours a day, the baby is now 6 months old, I am breastfeeding and it is very nice to still have communication with my case managers and with the baby's father, I am very happy. 100% recommend this experience!! I am ready to help another family achieve their dream!

Amazing experience all around. This process is costly, so we diligently researched and planned. We met with 4-5 agencies over 11 months and evaluated their costs, timelines and the process. We narrowed our list down to 2 agencies and eventually decided to work with Physician's Surrogacy. We matched with our surrogate Amanda after about 3 weeks and were elated she lived less than an hour away, as we wanted to be involved in the pregnancy as much as possible. Over the course of the pregnancy, I really bonded with Amanda and will forever be grateful to her and her husband. Throughout the process, Sheila, our case manager, stayed in touch with us, provided us with recaps of all the appointments, and always prepared us for "the next steps" as the pregnancy progressed. We were a little nervous about what would happen on delivery day, but Sheila ensured the hospital was fully prepared for our situation, and everyone was very accommodating. After such a long road to starting our family, we are truly blessed and would not be where we are now without ALL of you.

I am currently a surrogate with this agency. This is the 3rd and last surrogacy I have been through with them. My case manager is great and available when I call, I really like the front line workers. The previous 2 surrogacies were great and I knew I would go with this agency again for my 3rd. I used to recommend them to anyone that asked about surrogacy. BUT with this surrogacy the experience is 100% different. I live in Northern California and I have always had my OB and delivering hospital close to me (within a 20 minute drive) BUT this time that is NOT the case. It takes me routinely 1-2 hours to get to the OB and hospotal I am allowed to go to one way. Today was the second time it took me 1 hour 45 min+ to get to the OB and I missed my appointment and although I called the OB office they still weren't able to see me. On my nav it always says it will take me 45 minutes to get to the OB but I have never been able to get here in under an hour and that is extremely hard for a working professional. Can you imagine taking 4 hours off work for the OB appointment because driving time can be 2-3 hours round trip only to be turned away because it actually took almost 2 hours to get here, so you have to take a half day off only to do it again the day they reschedule you. I have stressed and cried more times over these OB appointments and the stress the drive time creates then all other pregnancies combined. I live in Elk Grove and they send me past Sacramento to far Carmichael. I literally pass by 5 hospitals and a TON of OBs on the way to the OB they assigned me too. I have pleaded and begged to be switched to an OB / hospital closer to me but everyone says it is what it is and there is nothing they can do. If I would have known the OB and delivering hospital would be 1-2 hours away from me I would never have returned to this agency. I live in an extremely large city next to the State Capital and they "can't" find an OB or hospital they are willing to work with in a close proximity I can't imagine what it would be like for someone living in a more rural location, a 3 hour drive to your OB? I called my previous OB I used with this agency that is 15 minutes away from my house and they ARE accepting new patients that are self pay (the agency goes through self pay not insurance) but the agency for whatever reason does not want to go through them. It absolutely kills me to say this but I would never recommend this agency to anyone after this experience, there are ton and tons of agencies out there, best to save yourself all the grief and stress and pick a different agency, this one is stepping over a dollar to save a nickel. It's a shame this agency isn't what it used to be.

We did not know much about surrogacy when we began the journey. However, Physician's Surrogacy has a friendly, wonderful, and welcoming team, which made the process a lot easier for me. Having a baby through a surrogate can be daunting, and we were happy with the support and guidance we received from their main physician Dr Harari. We worked mostly with Ava and Jenny. They were both fantastic and professional. Although we were tempted to navigate the surrogacy process on our own to save costs, we are happy we didn't. Surrogacy is a very complex process, and we ended up feeling grateful to have experts by our side. Physician's Surrogacy made us feel confident and ensured everything went well, especially the matching period. Within 3 months, we had everything ready for transfer and 12 months from our start, our surrogate gave birth to our beautiful daughter, Arianna. Thank you once again, Physician surrogacy, for helping us grow our family. Highly recommended.

My personal experience with Physician's Surrogacy as Surrogate was wonderful!!
My first journey was back in 2020, then after a successful surrogacy and amazing experience with this agency, I decided to return for a 2nd journey just last year in 2021.
America T. was the person assigned as my case manager, she is such a amazing, caring and professional coordinator.
I am extremely grateful for her, she always made me feel supported, was always on top of things and guided me every single step of my surrogacy.
Although she was not physically by my side, I never felt alone, she was always on the lookout for me, the baby and the intended parents all throughout my journey, answering my calls, replying to my messages/texts always on time.
The support makes the whole process much easier, I feel very grateful to my coordinator America T. as well as the agency Physician's Surrogacy for the incredible care provided!

Came across this facility in search for a good company that can help give the gift of life to families, individuals wanting to have a family of their own and what I received from this company was beyond my expectations! From the very beginning process of being interviewed, Ellen was beyond helpful and very professional, would respond to any questions regarding medication administration to checking up on me to see how I was doing throughout the process. Once pregnant my case manager, America, was beyond exceptional! She truly made my surrogacy journey stress-free! America would literally go above and beyond her job! If any issues that were out of her reach, she would assure me she would figure it out! Never had any issues for any doctor appointments/billing. When I say she went above and beyond, I truly mean that! Especially during my labor, she was frequently
checking up on us ( after office hours) until the baby was born in the early hours!!! I truly have to thank America for all that she did for us and making this journey such a memorable! Couldn't have done it without her support!!
