Avoid This Clinic at All Costs !!! Ongoing Refund Nightmare.nThis clinic has been nothing short of a nightmare since my visit in August 2024. I’m posting this to warn others.nnInstead of being billed through insurance, I paid out of pocket. The clinic has to refund me the difference, just over $100, but nearly a year later, I’m still chasing that refund.nnTheir billing and financial departments are in completely different states and nearly impossible to reach (I’m in CA). After multiple calls and follow-ups, they are blaming my insurance company (UHC) for the delay. So I got both the clinic and UHC on a call to sort it out (between September–December 2024). Still no refund.nnI reached out again in January 2025. Then, out of nowhere, I received a new bill for over $200 from the clinic — months later. No explanation. No heads-up. Just another charge after all the runaround.nIs this even legal for them to do that after 5 months later for the service? What kind of healthcare provider treats patients this way, billing people more to avoid a refund, dragging out a simple refund, avoiding accountability, and then billing more money without any clarity?nIf you’re thinking about going here — don’t. Save yourself the stress, time, and financial mess..

I would have given RMA a 4.5 but I did two cycles with them and my experience during the second cycle wasn’t great. I’m not sure if it was just a really busy time for them, but I felt a little neglected the second time around 😅 On my scheduled first day of medications, my nurse forgot to request for the actual medications so I had to drive to the pharmacy before they closed so I could get the medications myself (they typically deliver it to you). The nurse assigned to me forgot a whole bunch of other things during the cycle (like when I had to fly to a different state and they had to call a clinic in that state to schedule a test with me while I was there, but instead, they called a clinic from an entirely different state 😅). I also never saw my doctor in person. Getting your eggs retrieved and frozen could be a big deal for other people and the doctor assigned to someone could help the patient feel relaxed and make sure everything is going okay. All my correspondences were just in the chat portal which, in my opinion, felt a little impersonal. The result was they retrieved less than half the number of eggs I had the first time, I wouldn’t say it was successful and I was quite disappointed with the results. I feel like the second cycle wasn’t carefully thought through by the RMA team who handled me and we just did it for the sake of it. I understand cycles and women’s bodies change, but I feel like they could have done better taking care of me. Instead, I felt a lot of stress during the cycle..

I was a patient here last autumn and had an amazing experience with RMA. This clinic is super organized, runs on time, and uses a messaging platform that makes communication seamless. I had actually scheduled a consultation with a different clinic before and I am so glad I changed because the improvement when I switched to RMA was drastic.nnPerhaps more importantly, the entire staff is so professional and kind. Laura, my nurse, was easily accessible and a wonderful support system throughout the process. Dr. Noel was also outstanding! She is an incredibly talented physician who is personable, warm, reassuring, and has a lovely bedside manner. She is truly invested in the outcome of her patients.nnI cannot recommend this place highly enough. :) Thank you RMA for making this potentially daunting experience so effortless and enjoyable. 🙏💕

I'm currently going through my IVF cycle with Dr. Kort, and I cannot recommend him enough. From the very beginning, he has been incredibly kind, caring, attentive, and knowledgeable. This process can be overwhelming, but Dr. Kort's thorough communication and compassionate approach have made everything feel much more manageable.nnOne of the things I truly appreciate is how accessible he and his team are. Through their Spruce app, I've always been able to reach out with questions, and they get back to you quickly. The level of support is great, whether from Dr. Kort himself or the nursing team, I've always received prompt and thoughtful responses.nnMost importantly, I never felt like just another patient or a number in this process. IVF is such an emotional and challenging journey, and having a doctor who genuinely cares makes all the difference. Dr. Kort and his team have made me feel seen, heard, and truly supported every step of the way.nnI'm so grateful to have chosen RMA for my IVF journey, and I couldn't imagine going through this without Dr. Kort. If you're looking for a fertility specialist who combines expertise with genuine compassion, I highly recommend him!.

I have never received a higher level of care than I have at RMA NorCal. I can not say enough about Dr. Kort and his team. They constantly went above and beyond to not only provide the best medical care possible but to make sure that mentally I was taken care of as well. This is not an easy process by any means but they make it as pleasant as possible. I don’t think there was ever a time that I called the office and didn't speak directly with a human. Every message I sent through the portal was not only responded to but in a timely manner. Every single person you come into contact with at this office not only makes you feel like you matter but that you are a priority.nnI moved and have been working with a different RMA office and the level of care doesn’t even come close.
