After more than two years of trying on our own without success, we decided to seek help—and everything started to fall into place once we came to Incinta Fertility Center. I’m thrilled to share that I finally became pregnant thanks to their care. Going through the IVF journey really made me realize how important it is to find a reliable and reassuring clinic.nnFrom egg retrieval to check-ups and the embryo transfer, Dr. Lin was with us every step of the way. He’s a humorous and down-to-earth doctor who always managed to ease our anxiety with his calm and lighthearted approach. Every visit with him felt easy and encouraging — he truly made the whole process feel less intimidating.nnI also want to give a huge thank-you to our coordinator, Tracy. She was incredibly responsible, always replying to my messages quickly and clearly. The fact that she speaks Chinese made communication even smoother, which was such a relief. She managed every step of the process so efficiently — it felt like having a personal guide throughout.nnAfter the transfer, I went through almost every possible symptom: bloating, mood swings, palpitations, spotting, and even chills. Every time something happened, I’d spiral into anxiety and start googling symptoms nonstop. But Tracy was always there, patiently listening to my concerns and responding quickly, giving me the peace of mind I desperately needed. We have been trying to get pregnant for more than 10 years. We even had 5 IUI with two miscarriages and one D&C before we decided to proceed with IVF. And when we decided, we have interviewed 3 IVF clinics since 2018. And in 2021 when we moved to Torrance, my husband and I were searching for the best IVF clinic that is close to our home. We interviewed one and was not comfortable with it then we found Incinta Fertility Clinic and we were beyond blessed.nnThe moment we had our first consultation with Dr. Lin, we knew he is the one. My husband and I felt really comfortable and confident with him. He explained every details of IVF and the chance we have considering my age. He's very experienced and his expertise is top notch. I love how thorough and very careful he is with every process and procedure.nnAnother thing that I would like to highlight is my care team. Lily and Donna were amazing. There were times that Lily had to do my ultrasounds due to I was only available early morning most of the time. She's very gentle and really handled me with care.nnAnd Donna who is my nurse coordinator is such an incredible person. She really made sure that I was taking care of and made us feel that we're in good hands. She has done things with extra miles. She responds quickly to all my questions and would even answered my emails even after working hours. She's very knowledgeable and she really cares for her patients.nnTo all the staff of Incinta, from the front office to Finance Dept, to Patient Relations to Medical Team, we are beyond grateful. This is not an easy journey for us but we are forever thankful for showing us all the support that we need and for showing the care that every patient deserves to have.

After one round of IVF, we were fortunate to have some normal embryos, and by the end of the year, I underwent the transfer cycle. Two weeks ago, we heard our baby’s heartbeat for the first time - an indescribable moment of joy, at my age 37!nnThough we drive an hour to get here, every step and every minute has been worth it. My medical experience has been incredibly smooth – I didn’t experience the pain or nausea I had read about, and the injections weren’t as bad as I had expected. Emotionally, however, it wasn’t easy, but the support I received made all the difference.nnA heartfelt thank you to Dr. Lin and his team, Lily, and my coordinator Tracy, for their unwavering support throughout this journey.
