We've worked with Kevin since October 2023 on our IP journey with Same Love- he's a charm. It's been a long time coming, but we just welcomed out child in June 2025. The whole journey went pretty seamless and Kevin was there to support us throughout the journey. I've had friends use other, larger agencies and they were often passed around to numerous contacts- we loved Same Love because we always had one Kevin. After going research and speaking with other agencies, we picked Same Love- we just connected with our contact and everything was laid out well. We used San Diego Fertility Center which Same Love has a good relationship with. Our surrogate match was perfect- we connected well, she was great, and in a location driving distance from us. We now have a happy and healthy baby! From outreach to baby was about 1 year 8 months, which seemed quick in our book! Thanks again for everything.

As a gay couple, we are so thankful to Same Love for enabling us to become parents to two beautiful babies! We would have not known where to start. They found us a surrogate mother who is like an angel sent from god. They found us a perfect egg donor that mixed both of our heritage (Caucasian/Philippino). And the tremendous support we got from Heath all along the way has just been amazing. They only hire people that have been through the journey themselves, so they are highly experienced, resourceful, and compassionate to the journey we go through. I just wrapped up my first journey ad a surrogate in November 2024. Every single person I encountered with Same Love was amazing. My coordinator, Lisa, is nothing short of fantastic- she is so kind, easy to work with, super supportive, literally any and every thing you’d want in a person guiding you through the process. They even arranged for another local coordinator to take me back to the airport after my medical clearance instead of me having to take an uber. I always felt like I was being considered and cared for. i was matched with two incredible people, and the entire journey from start to finish was so smooth, and I left with people I consider friends now. I recommend them enough!.

I did a lot of research before picking Same Love Surrogacy as my agency with a surrogate journey. I love that the agency started on the foundation of wanting to help the lgbtq community for those that need help and support in starting a family. I only have positive things to say about my whole experience with the agency and in particular with my coordinator, Mary Magness. She was there for me with any questions that I had and made the whole process very smooth. They matched me with the best couple I could have ever asked for and we created a really great bond throughout the whole journey, and now extending afterwards. The surrogacy and my agent made the journey special with the focus on the process being all about love- love for others and a love for helping others. I am really proud of being a surrogate and helping 2 wonderful beings have their own children and I could not have done that without Same Love Surrogacy❤️

I had an amazing first experience donating with Same Love! Samantha is incredible, she’s so kind and understanding and she articulates tough subjects with ease making everything very understandable. I worked with some other amazing people throughout my donation process at the Western Fertility Institute. Dr. Kumar performed the surgery and made me feel very comfortable and helped calm my nerves beforehand. And I have to thank the nurses at WFI especially for helping me before and after surgery! Hazel and Emma are both amazing people and nurses, they were very professional while also making me laugh and talking me through every step as it was happening which I greatly appreciated. All of the staff is very kind and welcoming and I would absolutely donate with them again!.

Review of Same Love Surrogacy Los Angeles from Max C.
Unfortunately, we cannot recommend Same Love Surrogacy (SLS).
Eighteen months ago, we paid SLS $2,000 to reserve a position on their waitlist. After an entire year, we had not been presented with any matches.
When we were finally presented with a match, it was for a profile that had experienced a failed transfer and a subsequent broken match. This profile did not meet the basic criteria required by our clinic--a criterion we had provided to SLS months prior in a document furnished by our clinic. It appears this document was never referenced during the matching process.
The second match we were offered had serious health problems and had already been passed over by other intended parents. Once again, there were clear disqualifications based on our clinic's medical screening requirements. Additionally, our coordinator, Matthew Sordello, seemed relatively inexperienced. After the initial phone call with the surrogate, when we asked Matthew how he thought it went, he responded with, "Great!" This wasn't our first experience with the matching process, and it was, by far, the most awkward call we've ever had. There was a complete lack of chemistry, with the surrogate starting with what amounted to a list of demands before we had even properly introduced ourselves. Furthermore, this individual had a serious health condition that would disqualify her from being a surrogate from virtually all reputable clinics. It was obvious to us that this was not a suitable match, yet Matthew seemed to think it was a great fit.
It took another two months for SLS to find a third match, by which time we had been waiting over a year and a half. Yet again, the profile presented did not meet our clinic's medical guidelines.
At this point, it became clear that SLS was unable to match us with an appropriate profile, and we requested a refund of our $2,000 to end the contract. While the deposit is considered nonrefundable, it's evident that SLS did not accurately represent their services. We believed that refunding our money was a reasonable way to remedy the situation. However, SLS refused to issue a full refund and instead offered only 50%. Considering they never performed the services they promised and were likely in breach of contract, this was disappointing and unprofessional.
I strongly urge others to look elsewhere. There are agencies with surrogate profiles available today who won't waste your time with profiles that don't meet even the most basic criteria.

I'm an experienced surrogate and used this company for my second journey. I don't believe they screen their IPs correctly as I started having issues with mine post delivery. Things like paying their bills, using an escrow account, paying me the rest of my compensation and the like. They had no answers. They just allowed the IPs to walk all over them and essentially me. They didn't use any means to enforce the contract. All they had were apologies. There was no fight in them. Compared to my other agency that I have experience with, I'm being generous giving them one star. I am now stuck with bills because of their lack of support. They don't work for the surrogate, I don't even know if they work for the IPs but they are a joke.

Paid them a $1000 deposit in good faith. We ultimately couldn't create an embryo. I asked for the $1000 back; they refused. That's too bad bc we would have used them in the future, but bc of their nickel & diming, we instead went with another firm.
In general they seemed disorganized -- a small mom & pop, amateurs. There are more established, professional firms out there to go with.

I've been wanting to be a surrogate for some time now. I looked into another company and was not impressed. After searching around, I found this company and made a call to get more information. I spoke with Monica and was impressed by her knowledge, professionalism, and kindness. She supported me throughout my process (matching with intended parents, medical and psychological clearances, etc.). I would highly recommend this company for intended parents or gestational carriers/surrogates. They were amazing to work with!

I have to say I have had the best experience as a surrogate with Same Love Surrogacy. Ashley is amazing to work with and makes the whole process enjoyable and special. She made me feel like I could tell her anything at anytime and she would be on it what ever I needed. I knew before I completed my first surrogacy I would already want to do another, and now here I am getting ready to start my second journey. My child was born on 12/13/2018. I sincerely thank SLS for bringing my precious Lucas to my life. What impressed me most is Danny Wong (owner of SLS) responded my every query very fast and professionally. He helped me through the whole journey and shared quite a lot tips and experiences of getting along with surrogate and taking care of kids etc. He knows what I need and provides exact and useful information. I've been through a lot during these 20 months, he comforted my anxiety and worries when my first embryo failed implant, when my second fetus was diagnosed as Chromosome 13 abnormal. He came to hospital to welcome the newborn, he invited me to his party. I would rate 100 stars if there are.

I am currently halfway through me first surrogacy journey, and it has been an amazing journey. The coordinators have taken care of me the entire time. First, upon submission of my application, Marie came to my house and explained EVERYTHING TO ME. when I was matched, I never once felt alone making any decisions.
Now as my pregnancy progresses, I know I have the coordinators in my corner and nothing to worry about. I don't know what I would do without Ashley and Marie and everyone else.
I am super excited about doing this again and I am glad I chose SLS.
