Do not go here. My husband and I regret the 2 years we spent at Conceptions (2022-2024). We saw red flags from the very beginning but looked past them because we wanted answers. The two doctors we had were both terrible to work with, the billing department is a nightmare, and I was in a constant state of needing to advocate for myself or mistakes would be made.nGENERAL CARE: The clinic made so many mistakes and missteps in my care, some of which delayed our timeline. I once was given the wrong prescription and was on the pill for 3 days before a nurse called to tell me about their error. There was no apology, it was made to be a casual no problem ordeal. The clinic ordered incorrect labs and often forgot to call me to start medications, which always left me doubting the care I was receiving. By the end of 2024, I lost all confidence in this clinic.nBILLING: This department feels like it’s designed to confuse and frustrate patients. You will only receive bills in the mail, and you can only pay them over the phone- good luck getting someone to answer. When we had our IVF consultation, we were not told about how billing works. The first time I heard from the billing department, I was sent a portal message with a $8,000 bill that said it was due that day. What’s crazy about it aside from the obvious is that I had not heard anything from my medical team, so I was receiving a bill for care that wasn’t even planned yet. The whole clinic feels like its main priority is money, not caring for patients walking a very traumatic and difficult road.nDOCTORS: Our first meeting with Dr. O in 2022 was terrible. It was evident she was reading our medical information for the first time in the appointment and was not prepared. Without talking about any treatment plans she asked us about getting a very expensive genetic test done and when I expressed hesitation, she bluntly asked us why in a very accusatory tone. It felt like a “gotcha moment”. I could go on with a lot more detail, but to put it plainly, I found Dr. O to lack empathy and consideration.nWhen we decided to move away from IUI and pursue IVF, we requested to switch to Dr. Greene. Our first meeting with him felt like a better fit. He thanked us for giving Conceptions another chance and said to let him know if we had any concerns. We finally thought we were on a better path until we ran into some of the issues I covered above. I decided to message Dr. Greene our concerns in detail and stated we want to move forward but expect more attention to detail in our care. Instead of being reassured, Dr. Greene replied by saying “most of our patients find the level of organization / support to be appropriate.” He even went on to say they track the Net Promoter Score (whatever that is) because they want to satisfy their patients.nHis response was our last straw. Dr. Greene’s response completely invalidated our experience and tells us we should accept mistakes and missteps in this emotional, expensive, and detailed process. All we wanted was a simple apology for the errors and a promise to do better and he couldn’t. It feels like our first meeting with him was all a façade.nFor two years I thought the care we were receiving from Conceptions was unfortunately normal and we just needed to roll with the punches, but that has been proven wrong repeatedly at our new clinic. We are now at a clinic in northern Colorado and are blown away by the care we are receiving. Our new doctor is passionate about his work and has made us feel excited again. We feel like he is in our corner and wants this to work.nLeaving Conceptions was the best decision. I will never recommend this clinic to anyone..

We absolutely recommend Dr. Chiang and her team at Conceptions!! After trying for our second baby for over a year we reached out for help. We met with Dr. Jasmine Chiang and adored her bedside manner and way she could “dumb down” the information so we can understand it. We also live two hours away from the clinic and they really tried to work with our schedule to outsource any appointments/blood draws we can do in our town. We went through the diagnostic phase which clearly ruled us out for ways like Clomid, IUI, etc. from the time we started diagnostics (May 2024) to now (December 2024) we are 9 weeks pregnant!!! Now we’ve graduated IVF and I can honestly say I’ll miss working with Dr. Chiang and her team.

I have updated this to 1 star because it’s been a week since the representative “took my phone number for a manager to call me back”. I still haven’t received a call back. I still have no idea where my embryos are and if they’re even still frozen. I still have no idea who we’ve been paying $90/month for the last year to store our embryos.nnBack in 2021 when I was diagnosed, this place was amazing. Everything was completely explained, they supported me, made me feel safe, and got a lot of embryos out of me.nn3.5 years later I am trying to access my online account. Apparently, they changed online accounts a year ago and I was never informed. I called like the website prompted me to do, and the receptionist proceeded to argue with me and tell me "I don't know how you access the new system". When I've spent 20k with you, I expect better customer service. I expect a representative to respond with something like, "Wow, I cannot believe you were not contacted I am so sorry about that. I understand that can be stressful, let me see exactly how I can help you." Not, "I don't know" and then proceed to argue with me, a client who you are supposed to make feel supported and safe. I am completely appalled at how your customer service representative operates in her position. I have never had a reaction like this before from your staff.nnEDIT to the response : your rude customer service representative took my phone number for a manager to call me..

We are so thankful to the staff and doctors at Conceptions! We worked with Dr.Greene and are now expecting our baby in June 2025.nFrom the very beginning we knew it would be a long process and everyone was so kind and supportive throughout the whole thing. We asked all of our questions and never got shut out. The messaging system with our nurses was the best when I needed something answered right away. I want to specifically shout out the ultrasound nurses at the Lafayette office for making me always feel comfortable and safe. Our IVF miracle, my husband, & I are so grateful to you all.

We’ve had the best experience here. Dr. Chiang is amazing, very compassionate and good at her job. She has steered us on the right path and supported what we also wanted to do each time. Before coming here we had 4 natural pregnancies and 4 miscarriages (I have Diminishing Ovarian Reserve as well). Our first IVF we got 3 viable embryos and our second transfer did make us parents to our amazing baby girl. We are gearing up for another IVF round to hopefully get another embryo or 2 before I turn 40 and so we can give our little girl a sibling. The nurse are also extremely amazing here just all around!.
