I found myself in a tight corner with an expectant mother/friend of mine whose adopting couple backed out of the arrangement 3 days before she was to give birth!!! I called Charlotte on that Friday at 6:01 am when I got word. Not only did she personally answer the call but made arrangements for us to meet her that afternoon in her Boca location. Well long story short, with many obstacles and unknowns overcome in an extremely tightened timeframe, my friend’s child was placed with a loving family on the Thursday following her birth on that Monday prior to it being completed!!! I’ve had further contact with this friend and she is still delighted by Charlotte’s attentive care and encouragement during this choice that was made for her beautiful baby boy!!! I too can never express the gratitude I will forever have for Charlotte and the miracle she worked in such a compressed amount of time for two very stressed people deciding to provide a beautiful life to an adopting family!!! So thankful to have met Charlotte!! I have been matched two times as a surrogate through her office. I feel so safe and comfortable working with them. They really CARE ABOUT ME! Anytime I call the office, I am helped right away. I never have to be called back. They are also proactive calling me during important moments like a hospital visit or special appointment and that makes me feel appreciated and cared for.
