I would rate this experience zero stars if possible. Their communication with both staff and patients is severely deficient. Repeated calls went unanswered or were abruptly disconnected. After finally reaching a receptionist who escalated my concerns to the office manager, the receptionist demonstrated superior listening skills compared to the office manager. Following a return call from Vanessa, the billing discrepancy stemming from their team's failure to update my chart (while correctly updating my wife's) was rectified. However, I emphasized the need for improved processes to prevent similar occurrences in the future. She was dismissive and rude. I realize i am talking to someone that does not belong in a management position. Now if we want to hear this conversation please let me know. My phone records every call I make from my office. Do waste your money to be treated like this. Arrogant and rude Miss Vanessa. Hope this was just a bad day for you. Not who you are. I still have hopes and that you take this to consideration to help you become better at the position someone thought you belong.

I came here and initially saw dr Sanchez which promised an easy and smooth processes which from the get took over a month to get started , he made me see a feternal medicine specialist Even tho I had discontinued my medication and gotten a letter from my psychiatrist . Wasted $333 for them to say okay you can move on to iui. Every time they delayed the wait time for insamination more and more making you wait over 2 hours to "thaw sperm" which I'm sure is dead by the time they insaminate you. They don't provide ultrasound day of your iui to show if you've ovulated and it's safe to go thru with iui and not waste the sperm. I underwent threeiuis and did not get pregnant and I am currently on my fourth which I pretty much had no choice but to go thru with because my vile was already at their facility and the processes to ship it somewhere else is also made really complicated and and costly . I'm sure it's their protocol as I have no fertility issues but I am in a same sex marriage. They did not test my progesterone unless I asked and refused to put me on it. Did nothing to change my protocol for better out come . All in all I would have done ivf at a different clinic and saved myself money . Would not recommend .

I saw Jill,APRN, for menopause and related symptoms. I was pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable and personable Jill was! She took so much time with me and it was such a great experience. As a nurse of 30 years, I am stubborn and put myself last. This visit and experience was exactly what I needed. The other staff were also very warm and welcoming as well..

If you're looking for a kind, understanding doctor who listens to your concerns, DO NOT come here. If you're looking for a doctor with an ego bigger than the state of Florida, this is your guy.

Dr. Sanchez outright dismissed the idea that diet and lifestyle could help a "skinny" PCOS patient with fertility which is a complete lie. A quick Google search proves otherwise. Instead of exploring alternative treatments, he pushed only birth control or IVF, as if those were the only solutions. He made me feel hopeless about my fertility without even checking my ovulation. I left mid-appointment in tears, and he couldn't have been more nonchalant and chipper about moving on with his day.

He had the audacity to say, "If you were my daughter, I would put you on the pill immediately." Funny enough, he told my friend the exact same thing. Let me be clear: if this were my daughter, I would never let her step foot in this office.

He was dismissive, condescending, and completely uninterested in anything outside of his rigid treatment plan. If you dare to question him, good luck....he clearly prefers patients who just nod along with whatever he advises.

There was a female doctor in the room during my appointment, and the way he interacted with her made me uncomfortable. Honestly, if she had been the one in charge of my care, I have no doubt my appointment would have gone differently.

If you want actual hope and a doctor who considers more than just IVF or birth control, save yourself the heartache and money and go somewhere else.

Dr. Sanchez, Rachel and the full team were an absolute God send. My husband and I have an extremely rare genetic carrier trait that we both share. Dr. Sanchez has never seen two individuals with this specific genetic carrier, but he was optimistic from the start with us having embryos that were not impacted by this fatal gene. Even though it was a long journey, every up and down was worth the outcome as we just brought home our IVF baby girl. We owe everything to this clinic and would go through this journey 1000 times over to have the beautiful family that we have. The entire staff shows compassion and care for their patients! Rachel was truly our rock in this process and highly recommend her as the IVF nurse coordinator!

This process can seem daunting, but I promise it's all worth it & this team walks you through every step of the way!

I started my fertility journey with Florida Fertility Institute with Dr. Yissa Fonticiella and she is nothing short of Amazing. She answered all our questions and concerns to make us comfortable with this new journey we are being. The staff at the front desk are very welcoming and friendly. So far my experience has been a great one!

We have been working with this clinic for over a year, through rounds of tests, procedure and waiting we have finally made it to FET! Each staff member has been part of our journey, Dr. Sanchez is honest and compassionate, Rachel and Christine are gems and eager to help put my doomsday mindset at ease. It is clear that their goal is to not only get your pregnant but make sure that you can achieve the desired live birth! Regardless of the outcome of today, I know I am in good hands.

I came here after TTC for 13 months with no luck. After the HSG was performed, the doctor told me I would "never conceive a baby without IVF." So we did IVF, it was successful for a bit but then I miscarried. I decided I didn't want to do another round. I did some research on blocked Fallopian tubes, which is what I was diagnosed with. (My tubes were blocked from scar tissue.) I found Clear Passage therapy online and decided to go to their Gainesville clinic in May of 2022. I spent 5 days there and had no idea if the therapy had been successful at clearing my blocked tubes or not, but I was hopeful. In June 2022 I found out I was pregnant, naturally. I gave birth to a healthy baby in February of 2023. Needless to say, the treatment worked, and the doctor at this clinic was wrong! If your infertility is caused by blocked Fallopian tubes I suggest going to Clear Passage and healing your body naturally, rather than going the IVF route. Baby dust!

I can't possibly say enough wonderful things about the staff at this office. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM LOVES WHAT THEY DO! They genuinely care about you and want only the best for each patient. The ladies in the IVF department are WONDER WOMEN! They stay in contact and even though you may have to leave a message they get right back to you. The office is very clean and comfortable and if they do run behind it's only by about 10 minutes. I am so glad that I found them. They take insurance and Progyny.

So far everyone I met is nice. But I have yet to see a doctor. I have no issue with NP's I know they can be just as experienced but I would like to work with the DR sometimes. 1 girl who drew my blood I don't recall her name she seemed to be a bit of a space cadet a tad bit of an air head. Really hoping she didn't mess up the tests bc she seemed out of it. But other than that overall my experience is going well. BUT my biggest issue so far is that there is no patient portal? They email you a form you have to print out fill out and send back and on that form it says it's $1 for the first 25 pages of your medical record. So...I have to pay at least $25 MORE than what I'm already paying just to have my test results? Also I was told it takes a few days...? This office is getting so much money from patients and insurance companies and can't even have a basic patient portal for test results? Can't even email it bc their emails aren't encrypted...? How could your emails NOT be encrypted! You must communicate between each other and other offices via email and is patient information even safe if your email isn't encrypted? Your emails must be encrypted to help with patient safety and confidential info. So seems like who ever came up with this idea just wanted to get as much money possible out of their patients. Wouldn't even have written this review if they had an easier way to see my results. My old DR's office was small just her and 2 other people she saw all her patients personally. She had another office which she was at as well but made sure every women was seen by her. Even had a patient portal for results. I miss that DR it's been so difficult to find one here that was like her, that saw us as people and not dollar signs So for this place

1. The doctors need to see their patients. That's why we are going there.

2. Need to make sure everyone is awake and doing their job not acting ditsy in front of patients

3. Get a patient portal, stop ripping off your patients. we already know you make enough money for a patient portal.

I'm currently seeing the doctors here. Both of the doctors are great! I have nothing bad to say about them. So I'd give more stars, but the fact that they don't have a patient portal is a huge negative. ! It is 2023. Why they don't have one I can't understand. Communication is a million times better with a portal. I should be able to ask questions through a portal and get results through a portal then having them mailed to me. If they get one I will literally change this review.

I will keep this brief and to the point. Did not feel welcomed. Very obvious they do IVF and no advanced gynecological. I work in health care and I was very picky about who I would see for specific issues in perimenopause and did my homework prior. Did not find help. Did not find anything other than abrupt discussion and when they did call me back three weeks later after chart review they said to see XYZ consultant. So technically they did their job to earn the copay, but did not earn my loyalty to your business. 1 to 2 stars. Do not recommend.
