Wow. I can't thank Igenomix enough for the care, empathy, multiple follow-ups, and overall pride they take in their work. Having mostly spoken with Charlise and Dr. Alyssa - I'm so utterly grateful for their attention to our case. I also spoke with several others on the front line and everyone was super professional, empathetic, and really cared about getting us the answers we needed. From Canada, we're so thankful for you all. For anyone reading this review, we haven't received our results yet and no matter the outcome even the lab techs were repeatedly contacted by the Igenomix front line and they were happy to provide timelines and confirm specimen retrieval on several occasions. Feels like everyone at Igenomix is on our side and wants to ensure the best possible outcome with our experience. If the results don't turn out in our favor we're still just as grateful for the care we received with the entire team. Thank you so much ❤️
Poorest company practices
My genetic testing was just assigned to this company. They were not given nor did they ask my provider for my insurance, sent me a bill without asking for my insurance, are next to impossible to get on the phone. When you do get someone on the phone, they 'forward' you to the genetic councilors who never answer, have a hold time of 1 minu0te before they ask for a message, and never get back to you. I'm genuinely concerned about sending genetic material to these people if this is front of the house treatment.

Igenomix handled my recent medical records request in an extremely concerning and unprofessional manner.\n\nI contacted their medical records department simply to request my consent authorization form so I could receive a copy of my own PGT-A test report. Instead, I was mistakenly sent another patient’s confidential TRIO report request, which included sensitive personal information such as her name and date of birth.\n\nThis is a serious privacy breach and raises major concerns about how patient records and protected health information are being managed. After discovering this error, I immediately contacted Igenomix and requested to speak with the manager of their medical records department. Despite the severity of the situation, I never received a return call or any meaningful follow-up.\n\nFor a company handling highly sensitive medical and genetic information, this level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Patients trust companies like Igenomix with deeply personal information, and errors like this undermine that trust completely.\n\nI strongly urge anyone using this company to carefully monitor their records and communications. My experience left me deeply concerned about their privacy practices, customer service, and overall professionalism.

Over the last year, we've worked with dozens of doctors and labs all over the world. Igenomix USA is easily the worst lab we've worked with, full stop. We've hap better experiences with places that speak NO english and only use whatsapp. If you have ANY other options, use them.

Horrible experience. They put on their website to expect your pgt-a results within 7 business days. When I reached out to them to get an ETA, they gave me a date that was actually 11 business days after they received my samples. The results never came, so I called them the next day and they told me the ETA was now 3 more days from what they originally told me. I still have not received my results. It has been 18 days or 14 business days. If you have a choice to get your testing done somewhere else, do it!!

Do not go to this place unless you want to waste time getting a result of “inconclusive” after waiting 3+ additional weeks to receive results, and that’s only after your doctor reaches out to them. My friend was referred to this testing provider and it has been a complete nightmare, and my heart breaks for her experience. Their lack of communication and professionalism will make you question the results in the first place - this place should be investigated. Heed the warnings of these dumpster fire reviews, and beg your providers to have your results tested elsewhere - you have enough stress to deal with and this place well “conclusively” multiply them while taking your hard earned money. A group of middle schoolers in biology class would provide more efficient testing services than here.

After all of the negative comments I wanted to leave a good one.\nYes the lab is pushy for money but you really can’t blame them for that. They received my samples in the 26th and I got my report back today, the 4th. They were decent at listening. My biggest complaint is sometimes they don’t really understand what you are saying and they will argue. Over all I really do not have many complaints.\n\nThank you for being timely..

On February 14th I was told I would be receiving a fund due to a billing missing. I was told that Igenomix does only charges for shipping ($62) when performing retesting and I was charged $412. The customer service representative told me I would be issued a refund and I have not received it yet. I have emailed and called. I will take legal action it I don’t receive my refund.

RUN away from this place!! I wish I could give it 0 stars. They never gave us an overview of the cost and they truly take advantage of very vulnerable people. Hidden charge after hidden charge, we ended up paying over $5,500 for testing when we were quoted around $2,000 from our IVF clinic. When I brought to their attention that we were never given a heads up of these charges, they confirmed they never sent the financial overview email but they did absolutely NOTHING to make it right. Once you have come this far through the IVF process you have absolutely no choice but to pay it and go into debt. This place absolutely sucks..

My clinic sent samples to Igenomix for PGT-A testing. I received several emails to make a payment but their useless patient portal did not show the amount or a way to make the payment. Calls to customer service weren't answered for several days. I received a link after 6 days and made the payment while awaiting the results.\nAs my transfer date was approaching I tried to get the records released to me, and ho and behold their reply was that they haven't even received the samples!! THE STAFF IS EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS ONE BIT! I'm really disappointed my clinic uses this lab and pushes this service to patients. It caused so much anxiety to get results. Even after making the payment, their collections team is sending emails to me and DO NOT bother to check their own records and my replies. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!.
