I’m giving a thoughtful 3-star review because my egg retrieval was ultimately successful, which is what matters most. That said, my experience at the Margate office left a lot to be desired. The process was more stressful than necessary due to repeated issues with incorrect files, communication gaps, and a general lack of clarity and empathy throughout. I often felt like key information was assumed rather than explained, which led to confusion, lost time, and unnecessary expenses. At one point, I even received a procedure under the mistaken assumption that I was pursuing fertility treatment, an awkward moment that could have been avoided with better attention to detail.nnAfter that first experience, I transferred to the Jupiter office and had a much better experience overall. It’s smaller and more low-key, but the environment felt warmer, the staff more attentive, and the doctors more in tune with my needs. If you’re considering your options, I’d recommend the Jupiter location over Margate..

Dr. Hoffman is incredibly smart and trustworthy. If he can do it, he will tell you.. If he can't do it, he will tell you!nnI was a patient of his for roughly 3 years, and he held my hand the whole way- From personal voicemails with good news to personal calls with bad news. The nurses were also sweet.nnPlease don't focus on the negative reviews. IVF/IUI is emotionally taxing and not every cycle will be successful. Amazing experience - superior doctors and nurses. They are HIGHLY ORGANIZED and you are in the absolute best hands! 1st class providers and Margate is a beautiful facility to visit for your monitoring appts (even has soft piano spa music to help you relax). They are EXCELLENT and I was closely followed with customized care, always able to call and get an answer no matter how hormonal I got during egg freezing.nnWith IVF Florida, I got in IMMEDIATELY and was able to start stim the next month. They saved me and I had a successful egg retrieval result! 6 STARS. Thank you!

I will always be grateful to Dr Luis Hoyos for helping through my journey. In my case I felt like he took all the right decisions with so much care. He is a people’s person, he is caring and when he talks I hear more positivity than anything else. Even if my outcome was different, I would still give Dr Hoyos a great review. The staff at Margate was great. I went there countless of times. However, I only met Dr. Hoyos twice in person. Our interaction was mainly through tele health and still I could see how compassionate he is. I will wholeheartedly recommend IVFFlorida and Dr. Hoyos..

My wife and I were very worried about this clinic when we saw the reviews, and even so we decided to take the step. I want to emphasize that in this place we always received the best attention and care. In the first insemination everything went well until we discovered that the embryo was not developing and shortly after we lost it. BUT we never lost our faith. We tried a second time and we thank God for that. Today I can tell you that we are parents of a very beautiful and healthy baby girl. We will always be grateful to Dr. David Hoffman and to God for allowing us this beautiful experience. THANK YOU.
