I was disappointed with her unprofessional treatment. She spent no more than 2 minutes with us. We have been going there for 6 months and did two cycles of IUI . We never saw her once again or heard from her. Each ultrsound and procedure were managed and done by nurses. We strongly believe we and our insurance were over charged. I would not recommend to anyone to get fertility care at this place.

BLACK QUEER FOLKS:nThis is NOT a welcoming space for us. There were a few kind receptionists, BUT Dr. Casey was absolutely uninterested in having us there. She was cold, was trying to rush us out, and seemed irritated that we had questions. This is an expensive process, so to feel unwelcomed or like a burden is a HUGE red flag. Being in these spaces under this administration is already very stressful and overwhelming, and in NO WAY were we put at ease. I would not feel comfortable entrusting such a cold, rude Dr. with such an incredibly important and life-changing event/procedure. Dr. Casey needs to do better and be more culturally competent if she's going to have a rainbow flag on her website. At the VERY least, she could've been warmer and engaged. Good luck to everyone on their journeys. This place was not for us!nnUPDATE: After going back and reading other reviews, I realize her cold treatment isn't reserved specifically for Black Queer folks. HOWEVER, as an extremely vulnerable population, any signs of "you dont belong here" energy, we are OUT of there! I'm so sorry for ALL of the people/couples who've had less than stellar experiences with this clinic. So unfortunate. They need to do better..

Very empathetic staff. I was most nervous about IV (not a fan of needles) but the nurse anesthetist did a wonderful job. She was very sweet. I would give 5 stars except I was rushed out of recovery. Otherwise, quick & easy :)

The billing department is so unprofessional and does not know how to do their job. I was billed months after my procedure and when the statements went out my mail was returned. I had not idea I was being billed and thought my insurance covered it (mind you I’ve always paid my statements on time and was told by their staff that my insurance would cover the remainder) I finally received a statement in January and attempted to call them to pay my balance but no one ever called me back. I finally got a hold of a staff member named Tranisha and paid my bill. A week later I got a letter from a collection agency reporting an outstanding balance. When I spoke to the staff no one ever told me they sent me to collections and when I called back and talked to tranisha she was so rude and said it’s not a big deal since I already paid. My call was transferred to her supervisor, Sara and she hung up on me. I’ve never dealt with staff that is so unprofessional. The lack of accountability and customer service was at an all time low! Before the supervisor hung up I was told that her manager Kelly would call me back and I have not heard anything since. These people don’t care about their patients and this its truly disheartening when I’ve spent so much money. As I stated before this clinic does not cater to all people and I definitely do not recommend this clinic!.
