Dr. Katler and Nurse Racheal were amazing! They were so kind and understanding. They always kept me informed on why things were going the way they were. I currently have Leukemia so we didn’t know how my results would turn out and they were always cheering me on and checking in on me. We ended up with great results considering my situation. I’m so glad I chose SGF but especially glad I got to be treated by Dr. Katler and Racheal!

My experience at Shady Grove Fertility Lake Hearn was excellent! The staff was caring and kind, professional, helpful, and responsive. The office is clean and comfortable. My doctor Quinton Katler, MD is amazing!! He is extremely caring, responsive, and communicative. He never makes us feel rushed or unimportant and always answers, in as much detail as we needed, any and all questions. SGF staff and Dr. Katler are extremely responsive on the patient portal, which was so helpful and easy. And now, we are pregnant with our BABY GIRL!! Overall, I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Katler to anyone!!.

The best best best best experience! If I could give SG a 100 star review I would. Prior to coming to shady grove, I was in the worst hands possible with previous OBS not taking my conditions seriously, brushing everything off. By the time me and my husband were referred to shady grove, we had been TTC for 2 1/2 years. Already feeling alone, nervous, hard to accept, shady grove community made us feel like we were at home! When I tell you, there isn’t one bad person in that office I truly mean it. From the check in ladies (my 3 besties) , to bloodwork (Sharon your my girl) ultrasound techs (love all of them) you almost start looking forward to all your appts because you get to go see the best people on earth! The procedure side was amazing too on the day of egg retrieval! Followed by the amazing everyday staff at Lake Hearn, I was in the best hands of Dr Katler, and his nurse Racheal. Words truly can’t describe how amazing they are! Both of them told me they would fight over to see who would call me first to give me all my good news. Lol both always ended up calling me. They’re the sweetest team ever and work so well together! Racheal never went more than an hour without responding to all my 99 questions, not to mention, we started our journey around Thanksgiving, Christmas AND January snow day so already a crazy time! She has the sweetest most outgoing voice and is always so excited to talk to you! Dr Katler was so great too, he was confident and did the right protocols for everything and made us not stress so much. I also have to give a huge shoutout to Nurse Katie who took over for Racheal while she was out of office. I had one minor scare during early pregnancy and she called me 3 times in the matter of 10 min and got me in the next appt asap. I also have to give a huge shoutout to Dr Kanter for doing an ultrasound last minute during a blood scare and reassuring everything was okay and was so calm and patient with me when I felt like there was no hope. I could go on for days and days of how great our experience was. I’ve had many people reach out and my first words are always Shady Grove. Although, you don’t ever dream to grow up and have to go down this path but if you do, Shady Grove is here to make your dreams of having a family come true while being your biggest cheerleaders throughout the whole process. Ingrid! Is definitely a valued member of my care team. She and the front desk staff are so attentive and supportive. She is very helpful with explaining the different areas of our follow-up and what the appointments are for, she’s always helpful with explaining any costs she can see in our chart as we pay OOP. She and the other staff at front desk have been very kind and attentive from beginning our process and even through our unfortunate loss. They made us feel cared for, important, and loved. They also helped to reinforce the amazing attention to detail and prompt care that Dr. McCarthy-Keith gives us by being willing to answer questions, relay messages and explain any questions or concerns we had regarding paperwork or forms. SUPER HELPFUL!!.
