The facility's location is not only convenient but also aesthetically pleasing. Klara facilitated seamless communication, and I consistently felt supported and well-cared for. My husband and I had a wonderful experience here. Dr. Goulet and her team were professional and kind. They were incredibly responsive (we could literally text them questions, they also text you all ultrasound photos) and stayed with us through all our treatments and the first trimester. I ended up getting really sick the first trimester and, being my first pregnancy, having them to coach us through it was an absolute life saver.nnMy only feedback (and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5) is that the "dignity blanket" they provide during vaginal ultrasounds is far too small. Its disposable, which is fair since laundry is expense, but I've been to other OBGs that have larger disposable blankets. I personally would have preferred a slightly larger "blanket" and kept meaning to bring my own (I'm sure they wouldn't mind). Other than that, great experience. Would recommend, but bring your own blanket if you're shy 😂..

My wife and I had a great experience at the clinic. Dr Frattarelli , Julia , Abbie, Chandra and rest of the team were great support and made us feel like we were at home. We received consistent open communication, clean environment, and always got our questions answered without feeling rushed. After attending multiple fertility on this island, we couldn’t have asked for a better fertility institute. We’re extremely thankful for the care we received.

Great experience with The Fertility Institute. Everyone is so nice and supportive, made going through my fertility journey so much better. Julia was my care coordinator, she was just perfect. Answered all my questions, always made sure I understood the next steps, and would boost my spirits when I was sad or nervous. Highly recommended The Fertility Institute . The location is beautiful too!

The Fertility Institute of Hawaii has been such a blessing in our lives. Our journey to grow our family was a long one, but thanks to the incredible care and support we received, it was a successful one. Dr. Karmon was amazing through every single step, thorough, compassionate, and always made us feel seen and heard. Our IVF coordinator, Alyssa, was like a dear friend to me. Her kindness, sincerity, and nurturing nature brought so much comfort during a very emotional time. Both Dr. Karmon and Alyssa made us feel supported, hopeful, and never alone.
