Everything is done over the computer through your portal. If you had questions or needed help you had to send a message and wait for a response. There is no personal touch in a process that should be very personal. I never met my nurse or doctor in person through my entire journey. When it came time to administer medications, there was no directions or explanation on how to do it. Luckily this was my second IVF experience and a quick google was all I needed to refresh myself. My first time was with a different doctor and the whole office knew you on a first name basis and was there in person to walk you through each step of the way. I highly recommend going elsewhere if you are looking to have a positive IVF experience.

Just finished my first egg retrieval cycle so this is only a review for the Aurora location and all the services I received there. It was a very timely and organized place, and is one of their busier locations. Each time I needed to get labs and ultrasounds done, they were always done on time. Everyone was nice and there is free parking which is a plus..

I've never had a worse healthcare experience in my entire life. The only reason this isn't one star is because the provider, nurses and lab techs don't deserve to be lumped in with this.nnThe communication is awful and no one is on the same page. It's clearly a case of a startup that is growing too quickly without any organization between locations and departments.nnIt's literally impossible to schedule an appointment as an established patient unless you walk into the clinic. Everyone from a clinic manager to Call Center "scheduler" to the nurses say they can't schedule appointments. Meanwhile, I just pretended to be a new patient and can be scheduled and seen next business day.nnThe authorization staff lies and says they've submitted and followed-up on authorization. I'll call my insurance and find that's a complete lie. As the patient, I've had to be responsible to make sure my authorization is moved along.nnThe Call Center is the only people you can call and speak to but they can't schedule appointments or answer any questions. Every time they say they sent a message to x and I'll receive a response in 24 hours. The response happens maybe half the time.nnI was told by my clinical team to call when I get my period, even on weekends since it's time sensitive. When I called once the nurse on call was very annoyed and rude. Told me this isn't an emergency and to call back Monday.nnI pray this is all worth it in the end but I can't believe they think it's okay to treat people with fertility problems like this..
