I had an appointment with planned parenthood. I was called back just to be put back in the waiting room for 3 HOURS past my appointment time to actually begin. Once I waited 3 hours past my appointment they called me back put an IV in my arm and sent me back out in the waiting room for over an hour with the IV just sitting in my arm. Here I am 2 months later and my IUD fell out. I don’t think they even did it right. I’m never going here again.

Great experience. Staff is kind and welcoming. My doctor had the best bedside manner and carefully listened to my symptoms and concerns. During the appointment I never felt that they were trying to rush to get to the next patient, as has been my experience at most doctors offices. PP Champaign is a great place for those seeking information and care.
