It is with immense gratitude and appreciation that we write this letter in support of Dr. David Cohen. Our journey with Dr. Cohen has been nothing short of exceptional, and thanks to his expertise, we have been blessed with our beautiful miracle boy, Landon, after just one round of IVF. His carefully tailored protocol led to a successful first transfer, and we are now 24 weeks pregnant with our second IVF miracle.\n\nAs a patient without IVF insurance coverage, choosing the right doctor was of the utmost importance to us. We wanted the best of the best, and Dr. Cohen exceeded every expectation. His knowledge, compassion, and dedication made an incredibly stressful process feel manageable, and his entire team provided unwavering support every step of the way.\n\nThe only issue we have had with IHR is their billing department which is very frustrating when you’re paying full cash.\n\nThat being said…We are forever grateful for Dr. Cohen’s role in making our dreams of growing our family a reality. As someone with needle phobia, I was extremely nervous but the doctors' compassionate approach and clear explanations helped me feel confident throughout the process.\nThe clinic provides personalized care, taking time to answer all my questions about fertility, career planning, and future family goals. Now that I’m 2 weeks postpartum, I am beyond thrilled to write a review for IHR. Dr Hammer was truly a godsend. After struggling for 2 years to conceive, finding IHR was a blessing. Everyone that I came in contact with (which was a lot of people) were a pleasure! Sitting here with my 2 week old, I owe all of that to Dr Hammer and the amazing team at IHR. I would absolutely recommend to anyone struggling to conceive— you’ll be in the right hands!.

Review of Institute For Human Reproduction from Alli Vadas
Dr Cohen himself was fantastic and honest. However, the communication between departments within IHR is absolutely horrendous. I found myself having to do the communication between the clinical staff, the lab, and the billing department, because they were not communicating amongst each other. We would just randomly receive quotes/bills in our portal with zero explanation and then got blasted with phone calls from the billing department to pay for services that were never even rendered. Super disappointing that they can make a call to collect payment, but no call to explain ANYTHING else being uploaded into the portal. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after a 30 minute phone call being placed on hold numerous times to schedule an appointment, only to find out the appointment was never actually scheduled (found that out on the car ride there), I don't know that I can place trust in knowing extremely important and sensitive things will get handled appropriately. Extremely disappointed. Something needs to be done to fix the way this facility is ran/structured, it is extremely impersonal and unprofessional..

Our infertility journey has been long and difficult, but IHR has been amazing in supporting us along the way. I first started my journey with IHR in July 2023. The consultation with Dr Cohen went smoothly and I enjoyed his light sense of humor and positive attitude. He was always real with me and focused on explaining certain situations, risks, and the reasoning behind his recommendations. Once I started my diagnostic testing in October 2023 I was slowly starting to meet the staff that would become my regular faces…shout out to Sarah, Amy, Miryl, Ines, and all the front desk staff. I had 3 unsuccessful IUIs, but I always felt supported throughout the process. The portal is very easy to understand and the communication was quick. The calendar was easy to understand and I felt like I could reach out regardless of day or time! We chose to take a break for 3 months and IHR was extremely supportive and helped me determine how I could relax/prepare my body in those months for what was to come next with IVF. Once we started IVF I chose to do an injection training with a nurse and it was such a relief to do it in person. I was able to practice with a nurse as well as see what all the medications would look like before they arrived. My ER and FET were smooth and have resulted in a pregnancy! I am sad to graduate from IHR, but so thankful for all they’ve done to help me and my family!

Dr. Cohen and the staff at IHR are extremely thorough, responsive, and thoughtful. Dr. Cohen is not only knowledgeable and honest, but he also explains options and next steps in an easy to understand manner. When facing setbacks, I always felt like we had a plan of what to do next. The nurses also do a great job responding to questions, posting results, etc. on the patient portal and are also available via phone.\n\nI wholeheartedly recommend IHR and Dr. Cohen..

Thrilled!! Dr Tur-Kaspa at IHR froze my eggs at age 40 (after other Doctors told me it was too late to freeze). They retrieved 8 eggs! 4 years later I was able to thaw the eggs and 6 lived, all 6 fertilized, 5 embryos lived until burst(ready to test phase) and after genetic testing I have TWO healthy embryos ready to transfer at age 45!! Dr. Tur-Kaspa told me all the risks and chances and I am extremely fortunate and happy to have this outcome!! :)
