I asked more than once and when I left I was told I owed nothing. Now I have collection agencies calling me over $6.21. Do your due diligence and don’t mess up your patients credit. You have a card on file for me.

If you can, avoid this place at all costs.\nI went in today to get my basic checks done and had to wait over 2 hrs !!!\nI was checked in by the nurse and said the clinician will come in a bit but did not come at all….I was asked to change and was sitting in a paper gown for almost 2 hours and nobody came to check or tell how much longer is it gonna take. My husband was waiting for me outside and kept asking the receptionist how much more time and they kept lying saying ‘15 mins or less’ .\nI decided to leave as it was too much and went to the reception. The clinician was standing there and had the AUDACITY to tell me ‘we were going to check you next, had to do rounds with other patients, but you can always reschedule for next time’ and she left !!! There were people who came after me and left before me…I was one kept waiting the whole time !!\nI said I had been waiting for so long and no one told me if someone was coming or not or how much longer do I have to wait.\nI decided not to reschedule and said don’t want to come back here again.\nIt was so frustrating as I had left other work obligations and appointments to be here on a weekday and they have no respect for anyone’s time.\n\nVery very irresponsible. Frustrating on my behalf. Extremely disappointed by the service.\n\nThe staff was nice but extremely irresponsible as nobody communicated about the time, delay or expectations.

This was my first time coming to any planned parenthood location and I’ve never felt more safe, welcome, and looked out for in my life. Danielle at the front desk worked with me to help me get a plan that would work with my financial situation and gave me some reassurance before I went in. Alexis the nurse was SO incredibly comfortable to talk to. He did not make me feel ashamed or scared and he really made my anxiety go away. I didn’t feel any stigma or judgment. Everyone I interacted with treated me like a friend :). This is a location that genuinely cares for your well-being and I am so grateful that this was my first experience for something I was so scared of.

Scheduling means nothing I made and appointment for 11:30 got there 15 minutes early and proceeded to wait for two hours just to be asked questions just super disorganized and don't really feel like my time was considered I was told 3 separate times "15 minutes" which of course it never was and am honestly never coming back do not come

I don't normally write reviews but the other reviews about this location almost scared me into not going. I had the best experience here, my appointment was at 6pm and after paperwork I was seen at 6:10 and left by 6:30. The front office staff and the nurse practitioner I saw were incredibly nice and helpful. I had no issues, felt heard, and was in and out relatively fast.

I needed to schedule an appointment for STI testing relatively fast and I had a generally good experience here. They were running behind schedule, but otherwise the care team was so kind and really took a lot of nerves out of this office visit for me. I got to have a nice chat with my clinician and it was a positive experience overall.

One of the best experiences at planned parenthood! Meghan was great. She took the time to hear me out and address my concerns and gave me thorough explanations of everything and what to do after the appointment. Everyone who took care of me today was just so nice and really seemed to care. Would recommend to come here!

I was late to an appointment. 3mins outside of their 15min grace period. Absolutely my fault however the MANAGER told me that I could be seen if I'm at the end of my window to get my shot. If I am not at the end of my window then they can't see me today. If I have to be rescheduled I have to be rescheduled. It is unbelievably poor customer service to tell a patient that unless they are in the most compromising position possible that you will not help them. The MANAGER actually laughed when I sounded stressed about having to take more time off work to reschedule. She then continues to say that they suddenly don't have enough time because they lost my paperwork and I have to resign consent forms. So first you could see me, now the forms will take too long and it's not possible. This is disgusting behavior from a planned parenthood employee. No one answers the phone and when I have been on time I wait forever in this place.

First time here ! At this location. The whole staff was wonderful. The front desk ladies were nice when i was greeted. Natalie was super helpful, and attentive . I was given all the information i needed. I was treated with kindness and respect. I love this place. I will gladly return here for future visits. Thank you front desk, thank you Natalie, thank you Teresa. You guys rock !!!!!!

Best experiences I had with PP. The clinician Megan was beyond wonderful!!! She was so kind and helpful. Answer all my questions and walk me through the process. she made me felt very comfortable. Julianna (I hope that's the right spelling :/ ) was amazing! Ari at the front was sweet, and I appreciate that she apologized for the long wait. Besides the long wait, which unfortunately happens often for doctor visits, I was very pleased. When I go back, I really hope I can request Megan and Julianna

They are very disrespectful! I have never felt so disrespected and disregarded from a doctors office in my life. They are always late on their appointments. Been here 3 times and they are never in time, but after my experience today, I will never go to a planned parenthood or support them again.
They are very disrespectful and don't consider your time, and have no integrity. I feel like I can't trust them. They also don't like providing information when you asks questions and like to ask personal info right in front of everybody sitting in the lobby, and they can hear it.
I arrived early for my 10am scheduled birth control appointment, only to wait 30 minutes in the lobby before they called to tell me that I can't get my appointment that day because I need a consultation, and they couldn't fit me in that same day.
I booked the appointment, provided them my insurance only for them to tell me I can't get the birth control. Because I needed an additional appointment. Nobody bothered to call me to tell me and the appointment had been booked for 2 weeks.
I asked if the consultation was covered by my insurance, and she said they only run insurance the day of the appointment when the patient is there. This place doesn't care about you or your time, and they wait to get you in the door just to give you last costs/ info on the costs.
I feel scammed and will never come back. The also make you feel like you're just another number. The experience is never persona, if feels like you are one of the many and they want to hurry up and get you out.
It's impossible to book an appointment. I scheduled the day off from work 2 weeks in advance only for them to tell me I had to reschedule at the last minute.

I had trouble finding an appointment. I got here for my 9:15am appointment at 9am. By 9:45, have not been called at all. I go up to ask about when I'd be called. I'm told, well you got here early soooooo. It was really condescending in the way I was spoken to. I mentioned my appointment being past 30 minutes. Even though I was actually there for 45 minutes but obviously the first 15 min don't count. This is a constant issue with this location. I've had to leave in the past because the wait time was unbelievably long. And when asked, I get blown off with their terrible attitude. How are they getting away with this? On a regular basis too. As I'm writing this review I still have not been called in for my appointment l, and my appointment time has passed an hour ago.

I had an excellent experience here today! It was my first time at a PP. I recently moved back to Chicago after several years out of state and needed a checkup. The facility was super clean, everyone that worked here was very helpful and kind, and I was seen pretty much right away. I felt so taken care of. I'm so grateful PP exists. I definitely recommend!

I only come to this location because it is near places in wicker I want to go after. I had an issue picking up birth control here recently and never want to go back. The last two times I have been here, they have brought up my financial status to obtain birth control. Literally talking about it in front of everyone is what I mean by that.. I can hear them behind the glass talking to each other about my status. It is super unprofessional to talk about anyone's financial status to pickup birth control. I am disappointed in Planned Parenthood. The last two times being here as a woman, I don't feel supported, my having rights to my privacy, not being courteous, I don't want to come back here. I'll go to other locations.
