I had a wonderful experience with Christina during my ultrasound. She was professional, gentle, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Christina took the time to explain what she was doing and answered all my questions with patience and kindness. I’ve had a great experience at this clinic. Cristina, the ultrasound tech, is so kind, calming, and informative and she really helps ease the stress of the process. Olja is amazing with blood draws - quick, gentle, and painless every time. Dr. Rodgers is a fantastic doctor. She’s knowledgeable, compassionate, and supportive. I never expected to be in this situation where I needed a fertility clinic but life doesn’t always go how we’ve planned. I had a great experience and feel like the staff is so warm and compassionate. I don’t care for doctors of any kind because they aren’t usually personable and just want to get you out of their face so the next client can come in. I didn’t feel that way at this office and they explained everything they were doing and what is was for! Kind of crazy how this seems so simple but others don’t follow this protocol. Overall 10/10 recommend FCI.

I cannot help but discourage everyone I know from using FCI. They are a mistake-prone factory. You won't have any real contact with your doctor, they are so disjointed that they give you conflicting clinical instructions, mix up medical information, and make you monitor yourself without sufficient oversight. "Financial coordinators" are absent and unreachable as you get unexplained bill after unexplained bill and try to navigate insurance coverage.

Nightmare. Got my phone number wrong three times even though I corrected them, got our insurance wrong, staff in the front talks about Facebook drama in front of patients, staff has given us the run around to even schedule appointments. Staff does not communicate and it is disorganized and a mess. I wouldn't trust them to babysit an 18 year old let alone complete a fertility treatment.

ZERO stars should be an option. I've called repeatedly and been told daily that I would receive a call back or even just my test results uploaded to the portal. It's been 4 weeks and NOTHING. Don't waste your money--this place is one of the most unprofessional establishments I've ever worked with and it's shameful how they conduct their business considering how fragile and sensitive of a topic it is for women. No one will call you back and you'll have wasted time and money trying to get test results. I'm following up with the Better Business Bureau because it's a scam.

Please stay away from FCI-Glenview! My husband and I are still waiting on results of our testing....7 weeks later! We have called numerous times to only get brushed off, no return calls, and no answers. Unprofessional, inconsiderate, and unacceptable. It makes us extremely concerned as this facility is in possession of human samples for such extended periods of time and absolutely no communication regarding what is happening with said samples. It's giving NBC 5 Investigates is getting called next.

Stay away from this Fertility Centers of Illinois. FCI made our lives truly miserable from start to finish. We were constantly having to double check the work done by ALL departments, including the medical side of things. Our financial advisor NEVER called back. I left this woman a daily voicemail and she literally never called me back. I finally had to call and ask for literally anyone else to help me. Due to an error on FCI's end, we were owed $1,700 which we had to literally track down and demand the money be sent to us. FCI requires up front payment for all services and THEN (if you are lucky) they run your insurance. The overpayment on our end was due to FCI never running our insurance for a cycle and then when WE realized they made this mistake they finally ran the insurance and we met our deductible and had to over pay for the following cycle, which would have been covered if they had ran insurance. FCI will hold your cycle hostage until you prepay and threaten to cancel your cycle due to not paying. The medical side of this business is simply fine. The doctors know you are medically there for a reason and tell you what to do rather than explain the medical reasoning for their choices. The doctor we worked with was personable and nice, but terrible at explaining WHY and when questioned just kind of shrugged and said "because". Medical choices that were made for my wife, in hindsight, were risky and could have resulted in serious injury due to simple lack of attention to detail by medical staff. This place is terrible and you should turn and run away if you are considering using them. We switched clinics and are so much happier and wish we had not wasted so much time and money and stress and tears over this place.

This place is horrible. I wish I could give zero stars. They scheduled testing for me and sent me to the wrong office twice. The doctor who did the saline sonogram was told my the ultrasound tech in front of me she didn't get a clear picture and he didn't care. They wanted me to come in and redo the test but my insurance wouldn't pay for it again. They also wouldn't respond to any of my messages or attempts to contact them for results until I asked to speak to the clinic manager. Then they messed up my billing and it was a huge headache! Dr. Nani had a horrible bedside manner and without any testing told me the only reason I could possibly be having fertility issues was because of the medication I take to control a long term auto immune disease. There is zero evidence for this and the cause was found to be something else. I went to another clinic and am now 28 weeks pregnant. So it was obviously not the life saving medication I am still taking.

I had a really great experience at FCI. I would recommend Dr. Rapisarda to anyone struggling with fertility issues. He is kind, patient and really knows his stuff. I felt cared for by both him and his nurse Agnes. The Glenview clinic is efficient and courteous-- I never had to wait more than 10 minutes for an appointment and most days I was in and out within 15 minutes for monitoring. Their phlebotomist (I wish I knew her name-- she is there almost every day) and ultrasound techs were very caring and kind. In the future, I will return to this clinic and I will let anyone I know who needs help to reach out to them.

Had our first virtual appointment with Dr.Hirshfield and she is very sweet and answered all our initial questions. Since we are paying out of pocket I called their financial department and made it clear I needed exact prices for what our doctor ordered for us. So I get the cost and go into the Glenview office and the women Lizette at the front desk was a total BITCH. When I told her that was the wrong amount she rolled her eyes. I asked her to be a little kinder since women here probably don't want to be here in the first place and she walked away from me mid sentence to get her manager. No I'm sorry or anything. Just walked away. Even the manager there doesn't have her shit together. Everyone gave me different info. Don't waste your time or money here.

How do I even begin to review a doctor and team that made me a mom? I'm sitting here with my 8 month old son in my arms and honestly the happiest I've ever been. Our journey was a long one but it was worth it. I loved Dr. Nani from the beginning. Always very positive and very informative. Our IUIs were unsuccessful, so we toOk a year off. When we were ready to start our first round of IVF, Dr. Nani was ready to be aggressive. We loved our team-our nurse and flabatomist with us through it all and i consider them friends now. Our first round worked and I gave birth in May. We will be back very soon for a frozen transfer!
