I can’t begin to tell you how comfortable Dr. Rodger’s and her staff have made me feel during this entire process. The staff in Glenview are amazing and so friendly. Nataly the ultrasound tech is fantastic at her job! I can’t say enough about FCI- glenview!

I had a wonderful experience with Christina during my ultrasound. She was professional, gentle, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Christina took the time to explain what she was doing and answered all my questions with patience and kindness. Her calm and reassuring manner helped ease my nerves, and I truly appreciated her attention to detail. Had a supportive experience at this location. The staff (Heather) was friendly and informative from my initial call to my appointment visits. The ultrasound technician, Cristina, was great at explaining the procedures and making me feel comfortable. Dr. Nani has great bedside manner and was very thorough in her evaluation process. I’ve had a great experience at this clinic. Cristina, the ultrasound tech, is so kind, calming, and informative and she really helps ease the stress of the process. Olja is amazing with blood draws - quick, gentle, and painless every time. Dr. Rodgers is a fantastic doctor. She’s knowledgeable, compassionate, and supportive. This journey isn’t easy, but having a team like this makes all the difference. Highly recommend!.

I never expected to be in this situation where I needed a fertility clinic but life doesn’t always go how we’ve planned. I had a great experience and feel like the staff is so warm and compassionate. I don’t care for doctors of any kind because they aren’t usually personable and just want to get you out of their face so the next client can come in. I didn’t feel that way at this office and they explained everything they were doing and what is was for! Kind of crazy how this seems so simple but others don’t follow this protocol. Overall 10/10 recommend FCI.

After having such a frustrating three years at my old fertility clinic, I was recommended FCI last year. When things are meant to be, they certainly are! My experience at FCI in Glenview was really great. Every staff member I had encountered were very kind and helpful. All of them were very supportive and professional. The front desk ladies were awesome! So welcoming, kind and helpful as well!\n\nDr. Rapisarda was such a fantastic doctor! He went into action right away and did things so differently from my old fertility doctor. I am so happy I was able to have him as my doctor before his retirement.\n\nMy ultrasound technician, Cristina, was the best! She was so supportive, warm, and caring during my appointments. She made it a pleasure every time I would come into the office. Now that I have graduated, I will definitely miss seeing her!\n\nOlja, the phlebotomist made the blood draws painless. She, for sure, has the gift haha! She was always so nice and welcoming.\n\nAgnes was my nurse. She would always communicate with me via portal quickly and clearly. Very helpful and kind!\n\nAlso, Dr. Go and her team did my embryo transfer procedure. They were great, super nice, and quick.\n\nOverall, my experience at FCI was wonderful. I highly recommend this clinic. Thank you so much for everything!! :).

From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly warm and professional and always welcomed and supported throughout my journey.\n\nA special shout out to Nataly, who I had the pleasure of seeing almost weekly for my ultrasounds. She is absolutely fantastic! Nataly's kindness and attentiveness made every appointment feel comfortable. Her nurturing demeanor truly made a difference in my experience. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Dr. Rodgers, Stephanie, Cristina, Nataly, Olja and all of the staff at FCI. While all of the ultrasound techs were amazing I mostly saw Cristina who was always empathetic, caring, and supportive during my monitoring appointments. Nataly is also incredibly kind and compassionate. You can’t go wrong with either of them. Through the ups and downs of IVF it was comforting knowing you’d be seeing them at your next monitoring appointment and update them on what was next in your journey. Olja the phlebotomist made the blood draws painless. Every phlebotomist comments on my ‘small veins’ and she was always able to get a good draws on the first stick. Stephanie and all of the nursing staff are angels! I always knew what to expect and they would always follow in the portal and/or a phone call to ensure I knew what next steps were. I felt supported every step of the way in our IVF journey thanks to everyone at the FCI glenview location..
