Dr Jarrett has been my infertility provider for 3 years now, and I had nothing but great experience and encounter with him! He is realistic and honest yet very compassionate. He converse in a manner that provides reassurance but does not give false hopes. He addresses concerns with urgency and ensures our questions were answered. I have one healthy baby under IVF, and another one on the way.

We had the absolute best experience with Dr. Provost and her nurses at Indiana Fertility Institute. From our first meeting, we knew we had chosen the best doctor to help us navigate a very difficult journey. Dr. Provost was caring and honest. She is very knowledgable in her field and is very realistic when it came to our chances with IVF working. We experienced many hurdles along the way, and Dr. Provost was always in problem solving mode. She knew what to add to our protocol to yield better results, and we are just weeks away from delivering our first baby! We would not be here without Dr. Provost, the clinic and her amazing staff..

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Provost, her wonderful team, and Indiana Fertility Institute. We have enjoyed each visit, and everyone has been so friendly and understanding. It was important to us that our team would be LGBT friendly, and we certainly found it here. I also really enjoy the app that they use to communicate. So easy to schedule appointments, ask questions, and stay organized. 10/10 would recommend to everyone seeking fertility assistance!.

Stay away from this place. Dr. Jarrett is kind and the nursing staff is too. However, I've had three failed transfers with them now and have paid over $20k out of pocket. One of my transfers would have likely been covered by my insurance however, the financial team is horrible. The head of financial, Karey is rude and you can tell she doesn't care about the patients. Every response you get from her is short and makes it sound like she's annoyed by you for asking her to do her job. She claimed she filed an appeal when my pre-auth got denied yet my insurance said no such appeal was ever sent. I spoke to my insurance about why the claim got denied and they said it is an easy fix if the clinic would correct it, I'd get approved. Once I told Karey this information, she claimed she cannot correct it as it is already documented but sent the information in the original note. Again, my insurance said that was not the case. Go somewhere else, save yourself the headache and heartbreak. Their financial team is seriously a joke and made an already stressful situation 10x worse. I've been in contact with a different fertility clinic and their financial team has been more than helpful, kind, and have already made moves to contact my insurance with the correct information. Something IFI would absolutely not have done.

Dr. Provost and her team have been absolutely amazing during this difficult season of my life. My husband and I started seeing her a year and half ago after struggling for a year and half on our own. She helped guide us and finding out answers as to why we could conceive. Her team made our dreams a reality, we are currently pregnant. We recently graduated and excited to start our new journey with OBGYN. I will forever be indebted to Dr Provost and her team. Dr. Provost and her team have been everything you could possibly need while navigating through so a hard time in life. They make you feel hard and welcomed at every visit. No question is treated as it should be known and they truly treat you as family, your journey is their journey. My wife and I have been trying for baby #2 for over two years now. Due to insurance changes, we landed with them after two other clinics we were already working with.

We live in Ohio so we had to get sperm shipped to IN which was $900!! That had to be paid upfront and we did get that money back but it took MONTHS!

Dr. Jarrett we have met only a handful of times. He is a man of very few words. I made it a point at the beginning to tell him we only want to do this once so the higher the dose of meds, the better.
Remember it's two hours each way to get there for us.

Egg retrieval was an absolute joke. We got only three eggs and only one fertilized despite 12 eggs showing on the "scan". This whole process took less than 5 mins. My express car oil changes take longer than that. The doctor probably saw us a total of 30 mins for $25,000?!

I honestly don't recommend them. Some of the staff is nice but we are at their mercy wanting a family or to expand it.

More disappointment came on FET day when we didn't even get a picture of our embryo baby. So there is no "proof" of what they are putting in you.

They gave us some IVF socks and chocolate. But at the end of the day, after that much commitment (on our part end) to this emotional journey, it was not worth it. Go somewhere else.

I have had 1 telemedicine visit and 2 ultrasound appts and 1 lab appt. Dr. Provost is WONDERFUL. The front desk girl could be a little more friendly but the MA, the doc, the check out person, the lab person (Jamie), the person that responds via email (Rodnesha)....all so wonderful. I wish I didn't have to come here but I am glad I chose here.

My wife and I have nothing but good things to say about Drs. Jarrett and Provost. The doctors spend more than adequate time explaining everything with you. But holy hell, if you have insurance that covers fertility, it's a massive pain in the arse because all testing/procedures are conducted using the upstairs lab, which is also owned by Indiana Fertility but does not accept ANY insurance. You have to argue with your insurance company that they are required to cover the out-of-network fees as in-network because there are no other options. Ultimately, everything worked out but it took a long while and Indiana Fertility was not as patient as we were.

Overall office staff - 3 stars (customer service needs improved for many, but not all)

The doctors are perfectly fine, HOWEVER the office staff and their complete and total incompetence should make you run for the hills. We were cash pay which they knew from the beginning, but instead of charging us every the day of, they sent a bill for services almost a year later. Now some of those charges were rightfully owed money. We are Willing to pay those, however they had "missing" payments that were on our FSA cards that they refused to acknowledge and remove from our account even after I provided statements showing the charges on my card. This is one of the worst offices I've ever dealt with. Dealing with infertility is hard enough but to have to jump through all these unnecessary hoops after the fact is just inexcusable. Still no baby and now having to double pay because they can't keep proper books. Frustrating!!!!
