Review of Chicago IVF - Valparaiso Fertility Clinic from JM Martelino
Edited to add: since posting my review I have heard from billing and their patient advocate. I will say I’m pleased they’re addressing my concerns and look forward to them being resolved. I’m not sure what bugs me more, the fact that they have a doctor that is “federally excluded from prescribing medicine” still prescribing meds or the fact that they took my money, reassuring me that I would be refunded after insurance paid them and they have yet to even submit any claims to my insurance. I have called multiple times to speak with billing and every single time they’re busy and I’m told I would get a call back and have not. I would not recommend anyone use this clinic.

The staff at Chicago IVF are all amazing! I wouldn’t want to have a journey with any other clinic after having my third with them! So satisfied! Thank you for everything!

This fertility clinic should not be in business. Unfortunately I had to be treated here for outside monitoring because our actual clinic is based out of state. Never in my life have I experienced such unprofessional medical staff in my life. Do NOT spend your money, time, or energy on this clinic. You will regret it..

The staff has been so amazing! Everyone is so nice and all the procedures are done in a timely but efficient manner. The communication with patients that they provide is so helpful. Fertility is a sensitive topic and I would highly suggest Chicago ivf solely based on how great they have been while I am going through this delicate process! I have been to 2 locations and the staff is awesome at both!.

I had a very positive experience from the first consultation appointment (July 2018) through my last 9 week ultrasound appointment (March 2019) with everyone at the Valpo Chicago IVF office. All the doctors and nurses were caring and respectful. I felt like a priority and everything was done in a timely manner. I ended up with the most perfect and beautiful little boy because of Chicago IVF!

Dr. Brasch and his staff are great at what they do. What I appreciated the most was their many locations. While they may not have been close to our home it did give us more flexibility with scheduling appointments to accommodate our schedule. Each location is filled with staff committed to making you feel comfortable. I appreciated the continuity. I have to give a shout out to Angela at the Valpo location. She is a dream to work with and has so much compassion and knowledge at what she does. Highly recommend Dr. Brasch and his great team!

This place is amazing! I felt truly like everyone there cares about me and what happens. I have no complaints. The staff is awesome and the drs are nice. They even got me in while I have having anxiety for an extra scan to reassure me that everything was okay. After 4.5 years of unexplained infertility and 2 miscarriages we finally have a babe thats sticking and I owe Chicago IVF everything for making our dreams come true to be parents.

I had a great experience at Chicago IVF. I ended up (miraculously!) getting pregnant just before we did the IUI treatment we had scheduled, but Chicago IVF's staff was wonderful the whole way through. They met with us, discussed our situation, made us feel we had hope, and made us very comfortable. And once I became pregnant, they did several ultrasounds for me before "releasing" me to my regular OB. I hope I am able to get pregnant on my own again for child number 2, but I'll definitely miss working with Chicago IVF during the early parts of my pregnancy if that turns out to be the case!

I had the most amazing experience working with Chicago IVF. After 2 consecutive miscarriages my husband and I were looking for answers. Our first appointment was July 5 2018 to do the beginning tests. But August we had answers, we did not have to go the full distance of IVF, however some treatment was needed and by September I was pregnant with our little boy. The doctors and nursing staff at Chicago IVF are amazing and so knowledgeable. Angela helped me so much by answering any questions I had and helping to reassure me when my anxiety started to go up. This office is super convenient, easy to locate, and incredible to work with. I high recommend Chicago IVF for any and all needs regarding starting or growing your family.

The team at Valpo is amazing! I don't know what I would do without Angela. They are great at fitting in appointments and putting their patients at ease. They are with you every step of the way, and their follow up is fantastic! I will recommend them to anyone in the area that struggles with infertility.
