My significant other and I have been trying for years to conceive with a few miscarriages in the past we decided to go to Fertility & Endocrine Associates\nThis was the best decision we’ve made! The staff is phenomenal! They are so patient kind respectful && gentle They made us feel welcomed they are extremely informative!!! Lauren was very supportive! Through the tears and the laughs we can finally say we are pregnant with a baby boy! I would recommend anyone to them for sure!!\n\nOur little nugget was made with love && SCIENCE…\n\nI can’t thank Dr. Krause && the staff enough for our blessing on the way!!

I'm not really sure how to rate my experience at Fertility and Endocrine Associates - I had great moments and yet also very bad moments. Lauren was amazing and explained things well, gave me plenty of options, and was extremely informative. I absolutely loved her and wish I could continue seeing her. The tests were fairly easy and there wasn't a lot we had to pay out of pocket unlike other fertility clinics.\n\nHowever, before we started our treatment plan, they did some tests and told me the good news I was actually pregnant! A few tests later, they call me back and say I'm actually not and it was a false positive. In the moment I wasn't angry (later I was pissed) but I was simply shocked and hurt and appalled by the flippant attitude of the nurse who called and gave me the news. I was really, really affected by that experience. How can you be a nurse in a fertility clinic giving news to a woman that she actually isn't pregnant - it was an error on their part - with a careless attitude?\nI feel it was handled very poorly and while I know it's a very emotionally-charged atmosphere and they are doing their best, I felt like I was just another patient to call so you can get done with work, with no thought as to what you're actually saying.\n\nSo, I can't say I recommend this clinic or I don't, maybe you'll have a better outcome than me - everyone's experience is different. This is a hard road to walk and it's easy to get hurt along the way, but I would just say be careful. You have to be your own advocate for yourself and your future family..

Posting this now because I forgot to months ago 🙃 I 100% recommend everyone to Fertility and Endocrine, the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Everyone who works there is so kind, and they go above and beyond to give answers and help. We cannot thank Lauren Sloane, APRN. Enough, or her team in helping us. This was the smoothest process we could have ever imagined.\n\nWe are currently Due with a baby girl in July🩷 we cannot wait to share pictures of baby girl with the team.

I can't recommend Fertility & Endocrine Associates highly enough. I came to be Dr. Krause's patient after multiple cycles at a different clinic, where I often felt confused, overwhelmed by conflicting information and a bit hopeless. Dr. Krause was compassionate, extremely knowledgeable, really took the time to review and understand my history, answered all my questions thoughtfully, and created a protocol for me which resulted in my best ever retrieval results. She completely changed the prognosis for us, and we are so eternally grateful. In a field where patients are often bombarded with options and statistics, or treated like a number, Dr. Krause's clear, reasonable and optimistic approach, along with the personalized care I received, were a breath of fresh air. The entire staff was wonderful, friendly, and highly professional. I always felt like I was in excellent hands, and was finally able to stop worrying so much and trust the process..

I've had such a great experience at this practice. The staff is super friendly and respectful about sensitive issues. I've always seen Dr. Tiffany Justice and she's by far one of the best doctors I've had. She always has a plan and ideas to explore. She is compassionate and caring. Really a great place.

DONT GO HERE! This place is awful all they care about is taking money! They will change your appointment without notice and then act like it's you're fault I had proof in the text message that was sent to me and still told me that was wrong and then refused to see me THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!

I have had a wonderful experience with all of the staff here. The front desk people, phlebotomists, medical assistants, it goes on. Dr. Devine is very conversational, and has given us a lot of reassurances and helpful information when we have needed it.
I'm giving four stars because another doctor here asked me to convince him of a previous diagnosis I have. He could have asked what led to my diagnosis. Instead it was framed as if he didn't believe me and I had to prove- again, with a diagnosis from another doctor- that I have this disease. Doctors, please start listening to your women patients about their pain and their needs! I know what I have been through. It just felt so incredibly belittling when I was simply looking for help.
The rest of the appointment went well, I received a lot of good information including some things to read later on at home. I have been to this clinic lots of times and haven't experienced anything like that first encounter again.

When we moved to Louisville we found Dr Homm and Dr Devine. We had a wonderful experience with both of them, and all of the staff in this office is very patient and kind. Dr. Krause and all of the staff members are so kind and thoughtful. I've been going here for a year now and can't imagine working with another team of specialists. Dr. Krause personally calls you to give you updates and test results to make sure you are ok and fully informed. Any time I've had to have a test done I get the lab results within a day

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Fertility & Endocrine Associates. I felt very comfortable and happy with the care and treatment I've received from both Dr. Homm and Kit Devine. Dr. Homm diagnosed my severe endometriosis and performed my laparoscopy. Following my surgery he was very open to giving my husband and I the choice on how to proceed with our fertility treatment. He did not push IVF at all, he simply told us that he believed that was our best option. We ended up trying one round of IUI before deciding to move on to IVF. Dr. Homm was supportive of our decisions. After an unsuccessful round of IUI, we had a successful first round of IVF and I just recently found out we are expecting! I cannot thank Dr. Homm and the rest of the Fertility & Endocrine staff enough. We are truly grateful and happy with our experience there.

Would give 0 stars if possible. The office staff is so rude and completely unprofessional. We had our consult with Dr. krause in the office, she was very nice. After the visit we spoke to Mary "office manager" about financing. Mary was incredibly rude and didn't want to take the time to go over all the details. 8 weeks later we received a bill that was 200 dollars ( we had already paid 50 for the consult) so I called Mary. I explained that when we scheulded the visit that we had been told about the 50 dollar consult fee but nothing else. Mary then told me that I " misunderstood" and basically told me I was lying. I have never been spoke to in such away with any business especially from a doctors office. The best part is after I asked to speak to someone else, she told me no and she ran the office. I asked to speak with someone in the office again and she hung up on me. Save your time and money and go to U OF L!!!!! The office staff is AMAZING and so are the doctors!!

Awful!!! Do not go here!!! All they care about is taking your money and not helping you. My partner and I liked them at our first sit down to go over everything. But, when we went in for our first actual insemination appointment they gave her the hcg injection and the doctor told us to come back in 30 mins. She said go to the cafeteria and get a drink or something. So we did and while we were gone the billing dept calls and says that we left without paying our bill. I was so upset! I explained to them what we were doing and they were like oh ok, no apology or anything. I would never leave without paying, this should have been my first clue that all they care about is the money. Everytime we went in, there was an issue with money. They had hidden charges also that they don't tell you about. So, my partner who needs to be relaxed while doing the procedure was upset every time we went in because it was always something. Then, one month we received a bad vial from Fairfax Cryobank and it was our last of the two we had at Fertility and Endocrine. Dr. Devine actually looked at us and said, "Oh, I haven't liked this bank for about the last 6 months." Seriously??? She recommended this bank to us along with 2 others just about 5 months prior and you are telling us you haven't been happy with them for the last 6 months! The staff does not communicate and the doctors have no bedside manner at all. They seemed to have cared less about what we were going through. There was one lady named Julie there who was very nice, but that was it. As I said previously, it was always about the money and they overcharge as well. We kept saying we will give them 6 months and then on the 6th month try my partner did not produce a follicle. We knew something was wrong and then luckily we had some friends tell us about Dr. Archer. We went and saw her and she said the stress from everything was probably the cause of no follicle. We switched over to her and on the second month with Dr. Archer my partner became pregnant! I am writing this review not as some sort of revenge, but because I want no one else to go through what we went through with Fertility and Endocrine Associates. I had read a few good reviews before going to them and so I thought it was okay. But when we had problems from the get go, I read more and most were not good. We thought we would stick it out because we were there and didn't know of another place in Louisville. Thank God our friends pointed us to Dr. Archer, she is so nice and cares about you. She also times your ovulation down to the best hour to inseminate, Fertility and Endocrine never did that. She doesn't even ask for you to pay there, she bills you! We didn't mind to pay up front, but she said she would rather bill because she is there to help people first off. One last thing, she is half the price also! We found out how much we really were being cheated out of our money and our emotions with Fertility and endocrine Associates!
