Extremely grateful for my experience at SGF. While it was not an easy journey, I felt very supported each step of the way. My options were always laid out and while recommendations were given I always felt it was my decision on which path to take that make sense for me by Dr. Roth. The entire staff is welcoming - though I have to give a special shout out to Michele, Rashita and Milka. They always were so kinda and brought a smile to my face through the many visits..

I have been a patient with SGF on and off since 2017. I travel almost 2.5 hours one way to be there. My local hospital offers a few options, but I won’t go because SGF have become like family. Milka at SGF Frederick is the BEST!!! Whether I was in the office the day before or not for a few years, she remembers me by name and embraces me like family. My first appt back to Frederick after a 3 year hiatus, I saw Milka and I was ecstatic to see her but also how familiar she remembered me. She made me smile and laugh and feel calm. Milka, along with the entire staff of Frederick, have become irreplaceable. It is SO good to have had the same team my entire journey so far. That speaks volumes of the atmosphere they cultivate for both themselves and us patients. I also want to send out a very special thanks to Dr. Bromer and my nurse Toni. I would not be here without them!! Though my journey has not been easy, they have always made me breathe and feel hopeful and calm. Michele, Rashida, and Stephanie have been blessings too - From talking about books and true crime to the sunrise that morning. To feel not only seen but remembered during such a stressful and sometimes lonely journey, ALL of SGF Frederick have done just that. They are my family away from home! Thank you for all you’ve done and do!!.

We have been beyond pleased with our care at SGF. When obstacles arise that make conceiving difficult- knowing you have a team that truly cares about your health, well-being, and emotions, it makes things much easier. Dr. Roth and nurse Toni made this process seem possible. They answered questions, filled needs, and was sure to provide the best treatment plan. We highly recommend SGF.

I had such high expectations considering Shady Groves reputation, but I can’t imagine ever coming back here for future services. We received a referral for my husband to have a semen analysis, which was scheduled at the end of February. It’s almost April and we still don’t have the results. After waiting about 3 weeks, we called Shady Grove where we were told that they had no record of a referral and we couldn’t receive results until they had that information. Not to mention we had already paid for the the test and had the test done, so maybe they should have asked for this at the appt (which we had with us). They also never once tried to reach out to us letting us know what they were waiting on, so we were just thinking the test look longer than normal. We faxed the referral over, still no results. Tried calling multiple times and got sent to voicemail with no return calls. Finally got in touch with someone who said that the results were in his portal so she would send a link to him so he could access them. We log into the portal, no results. Call back and are told that they don’t have authorization to re-upload results, so we’ll have to come into the office to sign a medical release so the test results can be printed or re-uploaded. Absolutely insane. Terrible communication and completely unreliable.
