We had a really positive experience throughout a few years of fertility treatments. Dr Kim Thornton was amazing. She's our super hero. Many of the other people were awesome too. We got to know a lot of them! Really recommend this place.

Boston IVF IN WATHAM MA The worst place ever.\nThe team of the doctor that send me there was the worst. I Do not encourage no one to go there.\nGo to the Rhode Island branch. I was in pain they didn’t care and they refused me care and they even canceled my full procedure after that just because they never see anyone in that much pain. They did not even check what was happening that may cause all these pains I was under and they sent me home. Discrimination is not something someone should go under especially when you are in severe pain. Don’t trust Boston IVF in Waltham MA.\nNow they never release my medication records. They refuse to pick up their phone on medical records department. don’t go there.

I had a terrible experience when I went through Boston IVF in 2022...I felt treated like a number, I saw a doctor once and then never again, I missed a window to start monitoring after flying in to Boston from DC specifically for an appointment because someone in billing just...hadn't processed a payment I'd made on time. I ultimately had an IUI and never even got a phone call follow up asking how it turned out or whether I had a baby. Honestly, wild.\n\nI'm leaving this review now because I'm trying again with a new clinic and there seems to be absolutely no way to get medical records from Boston IVF. There is an unmonitored medical records phone line, and a circular process to get a hold of anyone. I requested records a month ago, my doctor has requested them again, we call every day, and I can't even get a confirmation that they've received the authorization I sent 5 weeks ago. It's honestly incredible. I asked if there was a step between filing a formal complaint and having the staff redirect me back to the unmonitored medical records line for an additional time and was essentially told "No."\n\nI'd love to have someone follow up, but I'd also like others to be aware that if you think you want records, get a print out while you're still a patient to take with you, because being treated as a number rather than a person doesn't stop after you leave the clinic's care. They don't seem to invest much effort in their records department (or anything that isn't making them much money, like IUI, apparently).

Review of Boston IVF from Betty D
Boston IVF has helped me welcome two beautiful healthy girls and I couldn't me prouder to finally be called "mom". My first blessing was in January 2023 and my second blessing was in November 2024. Thank you to Dr. Pang, Boston IVF in Waltham and Quincy for all their help in making my dreams come true. For many years I dreamt and sometimes cried because I wasn't a mother while everyone around me was starting their family. I'm happy to share that my world is now complete with my two daughters and I couldn't be happier. I recommend Boston IVF to anyone looking to start a family with assistance of great doctors, nurses, and colleagues.
