Arrived for an 11 AM, it’s 2 pm and I’m still sitting here no updates unless I ask the desk myself and get a half ass answer basically just telling me to wait longer. No point in appointments if they don’t even have you in by that time, I chose a specific time and didn’t get seen anywhere near that making my visit basically an all day thing. No compassion for women..

I went there for a urine pregnancy test many years ago, back in July 1988, which was a long time ago before cell phones. It has been in beded in my brain ever since. Now, I can state my horrific experience with them. I took 6 urine pregnancy tests, and all were negative! I was late with my menstruation by a month. I knew I was pregnant. They prescribed me birth control to start on Sunday. This was a Friday. I went home and was severely cramping, so I went to Baystate Hospital when they were on State Street. I went in and explained the negative results at Planned Parenthood. They did a blood test, and it came back positive. They did an internal ultrasound, which ended up doing it 6 times because they could see the cells separate, and not many doctors have been blessed to see it so early, thus why multiple internal ultrasounds. They saw the start of twins. I only gave birth to one big baby at 9 pounds, 8.5 ounces, and 22 and a half inches long. Basically, the size of a 2 - 3 month old baby. Right away, as soon as I found out I was pregnant, I found a wonderful ob-gyn. My c section incision got infected, and I spiked a high fever of 104 the morning I was to go home. I was in for another 14 days with IV antibiotics. I think it was called Family Planning back then. Thank goodness I went with my gut instinct because I would have taken the pill starting that Sunday, and it could have either killed my baby or had problems. When I was pregnant with my daughter, I went back to the hospital and got blood work done, and it was positive. I unfortunately had to give it 1 star just to post it. It deserves negative stars. I would NOT TRUST THEM EITHER. If you think that you're pregnant, ALWAYS request a blood test. They are litterly 100% accurate. I think it shows the hormone level in the blood. If you are indeed pregnant immediately, immediately get a private practice. NOT A CLINIC. Which this company basically is in a nutshell. They do EVERYTHING there that a private practice ob-gyn won't do. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS YOU CAN!! THEY STINK!!!!.

I had driven two hours for an appointment at this Planned Parenthood because they had early available appointments and I was nervous because this is the first time I’ve ever had to have an appointment with them. But the workers were just so kind and compassionate and made me feel extremely comfortable. For any girls who may be nervous to go there like I was just know that this is such a good place and they treat you with full respect and no judgment. A big thanks to all the doctors/nurses and counselors there.

When they're good, they're great. When they're bad, it's a nightmare. I've been getting prescriptions through them for two years, and it seems like every time there's a problem.nMost recently, they only sent half the amount of the two needles I needed. I called, and they sent the pharmacy a request for 50 of one, and 0 of the other. I've since called three more times, and nothing has gotten done.nThey also somehow managed to cancel my blood test after I'd already come in to give them blood, making me have to miss work to do it over.nEveryone there is super nice, don't get me wrong. But I genuinely don't know how these things are allowed to continuously happen.

I selected this clinic for my surgical abortion on a whim, and it was a phenomenal experience. Every single person I came into contact with was so nice, kind, and made me feel so incredibly comfortable and reassured. It made an anxious experience so much more easier. I would recommend this clinic to absolutely anyone..
